Right out of the box it paired easily with my phone, tablet and laptops. They seem to have solved the language challenge. My audio instructions are spoken in English, but with a slight Chinese accent. That is dang funny. The writen instruction manual is poorly translated, also funny. But I did not need instructions after figuring out how to pair and turn on/off. I hear other people well and they hear me well. One of my laptops, my favorite, has a poor speaker. This fixes that. The only 3 Star rating I gave it was noise cancellation. I did not expect noise cancellation from this product.

I am very impressed with this ear bud. Delivery was timely. Cost was great. It is easy to connect via bluetooth. Sound is excellent. Stays in place during morning exercise. Don't let the low cost dissuade you. It is far superior to much more expensive ear buds. I like it so much that I am ordering a second earbud as a backup.
