We used to have a frizzlife filter but that lasted about 18months. We've had this one about 5 months now. The filters are much cheaper and filter much more quickly than frizzlife but my wife disagrees with me... again ;-) I really like this filter: good build quality, plenty of choice for water temp and volume (up to 400ml). But I would say a dial might be easier to use as you have to press the touch screen several times to dispense water. It has a self-clean program. It has a removable drip tray so you can use larger containers. It holds a lot of water as well. It's easy to clean. The universal filters are cheap. The only minor gripe is that it can dribble a few mls seconds after finishing, and like most filters it can spit a little when dispensing hot water. Apart from that it's fantastic. It also looks stylish. UPDATE after 17months of use: it's still working as it should. The cut out/reset circuit has been used a couple of times but that's because someone tried to dispense water when it was empty. The descale program is great especially in a hard water area like ours. Going strong overall.

Really love this machine... Really good water tank so holds alot of mugs of water perfect for a household of tea drinkers, really easy to use, and I like that ir has a filter fitted which makes your tea tastier. Only boil the water you need so really efficient, and doesn't waste energy.,can also choose how much water you need which is great. Really good value for the money.

I've only had this for a couple of days but so far I just wish I'd bought it sooner. Glad to have bought a 4L machine as although it sounds massive it really isn't and I make a LOT of coffee. Not used for anything other than hot drinks so far: Easy to use Functions well Great having removable tank, easy to fill I like the display visually I only have a couple of niggle comments but they are real personal preference: I'd love if it were possible to turn off the lock function entirely or at least set it to kick in later. I may be missing something in the instructions. It may just be all makes and models not to be able to My coffee cups are BIG and it would be nice to be able to set 500ml for a repeat volume (400ml is max) but obviously start and stop work just fine! I would love more of an "invisible" clear rather than opaque filter tank but that could be universal Highly recommend

Great product, would recommend this for anyone, having Rhuematoid Arthritis, it’s great Just press a button and it fills the cup. It cleans the water and boils it up at the same time Definitely recommend it. Definitely worth the money

I love my Caso hot water dispenser. Is it a posh kettle well yes it could be, but you only heat the water you require. After a practice you get used to knowing how much water you need for each size cup. Tea and coffee you want hot at 100 degrees but packet coffees slightly cooler and hot ribena is great at 80 degrees. The machine is nice and compact and easily fits under my kitchen units.

This product what can I say The drink is drinking temperature straight away, as I like a HOT cup of tea I then have to microwave it. This product leaks and not just a small amount, it can soak a tea towel in half a day. Looks great but not worth the money paid. Speed of water coming out is dribbles rather than a steady flow also. Durability crap Size great Weight heavy but manageable

This Caso Hot Water Dispenser has changed my life, One morning I counted my kettle went on 36 times! and they always filled the kettle, that was the moment I decided to get this hot water dispenser, now it just instantly heats one cup instead of a kettle, saving me pounds on my electric bill, its instant and we love it It has a large tank with a filter , you have the option of how much water you want to heat and dispence, you can use it for baby bottles as well, and the best thing it has a self discale button . We will never go back to a kettle.

Case water heater is as it says, a water heater with various temps and auto volumes. It is good because I set temp and volume for the day and can fill my cup with filtered water,just hot enough for my coffee. No burning the coffee anymore.

Voelvo un dispenser che andasse a temperature molto elevate e devo dire che a distanza di vari anni non mi ha mai abbandonato comodo pratico con sicurezza bimbi e soprattutto funziona alla grande. Se ti serve per tisane di qualsiasi tipo o comunque se ti serve l'acqua ad una certa temperatura precisa questo è il dispenser che fa per te!

Really nice very hot at 90degrees. Tea and coffee taste much better as the water is filtered. I had mine under counter top.. a lot of steam gathered under press so I moved it to end , bit more open. Did the job. Nice and easy to use..large capacity tank which is great. We drink a lot of tea and coffee

Der CASO HW 1660 Turbo Heißwasserspender ist einfach super! Als jemand, der oft vergisst, dass der Wasserkocher schon an war und das Wasser wieder kalt wird, ist dieses Gerät für mich ein Gamechanger. Was ich an diesem Heißwasserspender besonders schätze, ist die Einstellbarkeit der Wassertemperatur in 7 verschiedenen Stufen von 40 bis 100°C. So kann ich je nach Teesorte die perfekte Temperatur wählen, ohne dass der Tee zu heiß wird oder zu kalt bleibt. Besonders die Direktwahltaste für Babynahrung bei 37°C ist eine tolle Zusatzfunktion, die wirklich praktisch ist. Die flexible Wassermenge ist ebenfalls ein großer Vorteil – mit Einstellungen von 100 ml bis 400 ml in 50 ml Schritten kann ich genau die Menge Wasser abmessen, die ich benötige. Für mich als Tee-Liebhaber ist das eine riesige Erleichterung, denn ich vergesse nie wieder, mir Tee zu machen. Der Heißwasserspender braucht zwar ein paar Sekunden länger als ein Wasserkocher, aber die 45 bis 60 Sekunden für eine 500 ml Tasse kommen mir im Vergleich zum Wasserkocher schneller vor, und ich muss mir keine Sorgen mehr machen, dass das Wasser wieder kalt wird. Neben dem Tee nutze ich das Gerät auch, um heißes Wasser für den Abfluss zu bekommen, um diesen einmal die Woche zu reinigen. Auch für Nudeln oder Kartoffeln auf dem Herd ist der Heißwasserspender eine hervorragende Hilfe. Das geht genauso schnell und einfach wie mit einem normalen Wasserkocher. Was mir ebenfalls gut gefällt: Der Wassertank fasst 4 Liter und ist abnehmbar, sodass das Befüllen und Reinigen ganz einfach ist. Der mitgelieferte Wasserfilter sorgt zudem für gute Wasserqualität, was für mich auch ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Klar, es ist ein teureres Gadget in der Küche, aber ich würde es definitiv nicht mehr missen wollen. Wenn man regelmäßig heißes Wasser für Tee, Kaffee oder andere Zwecke braucht, ist es die perfekte Lösung! Zusammenfassung: Vorteile: Präzise Temperatureinstellung, flexible Wassermenge, einfache Handhabung, Wassertank leicht zu befüllen und zu reinigen, hoher Komfort, perfekte Lösung für Tee und andere Anwendungen. Nachteile: Es dauert ein paar Sekunden länger als bei einem klassischen Wasserkocher, aber für mich ist es immer noch schneller und deutlich praktischer.
