I love this vibration plate. It’s listening up muscles in hips and joints. I am sure it does wonders for the blood flow too. I highly recommend, to see what all exercises you can do on it. It also helps with balance as I lift dumbbells while standing and squatting on the plate. This is a good vibration plate and is made very well. I recommend it.

I've used this twice since receiving it (1/7 and 1/8) and I'm over the moon surprised/happy with it. I purchased it initially to help with lymphatic drainage for clients post-cryoslimming treatments, but I used it the day after I worked out and the following morning I was SORE, as in couldn't walk down the stairs sore. Not sure if it was the previously day's workout, the 20 minute vibration plate session or the combo but I'm going to keep it up! **

This machine is very fun to use. Not only you get a workout but you getting it all at once.Has many different speeds. Doesn’t make much noise at all and it’s very comfortable. It’s very mobile, cause you can move it from place to place helps keep your blood flow and circulating.

I have to admit, I was on the fence to even purchase this item. I'm glad I took the plunge. The vibration plate is quiet in operation and gives a good overall workout by relaxing stiff muscles. If you find it too intense with the overall vibration on your body, just bend your legs slightly. Same workout but less intense on your head and neck.

i use it every morning, i am obsessed. definitely feels like im starting my morning off on the right foot. i haven’t noticed any major improvements overall yet but can come back and update in a few weeks.

The plus switch broke within a week. Can’t contact seller. Amazon customer service is impossible to figure out. Requested refund but it wants me to post it back to America from the U.K. which seems a huge waste in energy. Can someone refund me thank you!
