Great little pills
My midwife recommended these because of my low iron levels. They work great! And even better they don’t cause conspation

Iron that is easy on the stomach
This is one of the very few iron supplements I have found to be easy on my stomach. The pill size is also not large so it is easy to swallow. I am anemic but it has helped and been effective raise my ferritin level. Again everyone should talk to their doctor but I would recommend to anyone with sensitive stomachs who have a hard time digesting.

Felt an Energy Boost After Just One Dose
I took this iron supplement once and actually felt more energized the same day. I’m usually sensitive to iron, but this one didn’t upset my stomach or cause any side effects. The capsule is easy to take and feels very clean and high quality, which is what I expect from Thorne. Of course results vary, but if you’re low in iron or just looking for a well-absorbed iron complex, this one seems to work quickly. I’ll continue using it to see the longer-term benefits, but my first impression was very positive.

Good source of Iron and B12
Healthy and clean Ingrediants. It has B12 and Viamin C for optimal absorption. Feels thirsty so drink some more water. Helps in increase in strength.

Very easy to swallow
My LLMD suggested I use this iron supplement because I have low iron. The powder capsules are very small so I don't have trouble taking them, however one of the capsules was broken when the bottle arrived so all of the pills are coated in the powder and taste horrible. I'll update the review when I go back for bloodwork and see if it helped.

Great Product No Stomach Upset
This is my first Thorne product and I am so impressed with the quality. It doesn't upset my stomach, zero nausea!

Iron deficiency
Thorne is the best so far that I have used to help with my iron levels. I don’t get an upset stomach and it’s doesn’t cause me constipation. No taste and quality ingredients. Very effective and helped with my blood levels.

Big improvement in energy for pregnancy
I've been taking this in my last trimester of pregnancy and it makes a HUGE difference in my energy levels. When I have ran out, I notice a huge dip in energy and have to take naps to make it through the day. This supplement is great and I highly recommend for pregnant women.
