It really works!
So I got this for my partner after doing lots of research. This 100% works. Ever since my partner has been taking this he's calmer, happier and even got his mojo back lol. It's not very nice tasting however he puts a pea size in with his coffee twice a day and that way the taste doesn't bother him. Let's be honest everything that's good for you genuinely doesn't taste nice. He's on his 2nd lot already and tbh I he will be continuing with it. It 100% helps in his day to day routine. Trust the process these things take time

The Real Deal

Worst taste ever
I've tried it with tea, milkshakes, water, the flavour of metal and chemical is so over powering! I get mad headaches after trying it! I'm only day 1 in! I'd avoid and try a different make

First tasting
Is difficult to say was good or not because I used first time shilajit. For me was ok, acceptable taste, hopefully ingredients was oryginal. About energy? I didn't see recommended superpower.

Stronglife Shilajit Resin - UK lab tested??
Seems like a good product, but having emailed Stronglife several times regarding whether this is UK lab tested, they seem unable or unwilling to provide an answer. Shame, because its appears to be good quality shilajit at a good price, but I will not buy again as the only lab test I can see was done in India over 2 years ago. You need to be careful regarding the level of metals etc potentially present in shilajit which may be detrimental to your health. It does state in Amazon's product title that this is UK lab tested, but I can find no evidence of this nor have I been provided with any.
