Aion Sling Bag

Very high quality zipper. I like the hidden zippered pocket in the back for quick access to passports, paper boarding passes, or even occasional credit card/id. The key fob is functional. Spacious inside for a battery pack, usb-c cord, etc. The only dislike is perhaps the weird metal buckle - it works, but I ended up buying a plastic Gear Aid 1.5’’ buckle to from REI for $6-7 to replace it. Preference is to undo the strap when I get stuck with a backpack over top, etc.

I use my Thule Aion Sling Bag every day, and it has become an essential part of my daily routine. I toss my car key fob, my wallet, and my AirPod Pros inside, keeping everything organized and easily accessible. Given that I also have a large SmallRig filmmaking case for my iPhone 15 Pro, I usually carry my phone in my pocket. However, when I run out of pocket space, I feel compelled to use this Sling Bag to keep my bulky phone inside as well. To be honest, considering the current trends in the mobile phone industry, I believe the Aion bag could benefit from being 2 to 3 inches longer. This extra length would provide additional space for larger devices and accessories, making it more versatile for those of us who rely on our gadgets throughout the day. Unfortunately, while the bag excels as a sling, it falls short as a fanny pack. The buckle is so difficult to adjust that it is practically impossible to wear the Aion comfortably in that style. This could be a significant drawback for anyone looking to use it as a multifunctional accessory. Nevertheless, it is important to note that the Aion is a Thule product, which is synonymous with excellence in quality and durability. Overall, I highly recommend this bag for everyday use, particularly for those who need a reliable and stylish way to carry their essentials.

I love this bag it's the perfect crossbody sling. High quality, excellent zippers. I love the way the zipper is nicely covered in a water resistant cover. Rest to open and close but it keeps it water in light rain easily. I also like the metal buckle. No one is going to be snatching this off me.

Perfect all rounder for a men's technical sling bag. I loved the form factor and storage. Material was rugged and looked like it could take a beating. Size and format work for both left and right shoulders. Only issue was with the strap width - It was a bit narrow for my broader shoulders. I'm 5'10 and 200 lbs with 44 suit size. Ended up returning, but this was my first pick across looking at major brands for a masculine technical sling bag.

Well made sling. Wish it was a bit larger though. Excellent value. Good for travel and zippers are top quality.

Perfect bag for my man to bring at gym, walking around, etc. He loves how he doesn’t need to load his pockets anymore and can just put all his stuff in this bag. Quality is excellent and easy to adjust.

The bag itself is compartmentalized well. If you’re not going to carry a lot, this is what you need to keep your pockets free. The bag itself is a bit small and the strap is limited on length.

Ordered as a waist belt for my Aion backpack, works well as it slips into the slot in the back padding easily but doesn’t fall out. Still getting used to the metal buckle, it’s a bit heavy compared to a plastic buckle but it will never fail on me. Improves the comfort of the Aion backpack. It’s also nice to have a small fanny pack if I need it on my trip.
