This is very beautiful! :) It is so perfect that looks fake, but the company told me that this is a real sapphire and not lab made. It makes me happy.

I thought it included a "B"
The stone is what I expected. Why 3 stars? I know I filled out a part of the order that offered a letter (I selected a B) with the stone and chain. Well, there is no letter B. Did I misunderstand? Also while placing my order I didn't see where I could have sent my order to my daughter, it is for her. But the stone is nice, oh well, Rich Roberts

Much smaller then expected
This is a tiny stone and very disappointed with this. Be careful buying this because you can not return it!! If you don't like it you are stuck with it!.

Product good; customer support even better
I received the star sapphire necklace and was initially disappointed because there was no star. I sent an e-mail to the seller explaining--petulantly--that I asked for a blue star sapphire necklace and received a no-star sapphire necklace. I received a reply very quickly. I did not know that the star is only visible in decent lighting conditions. I learned this was true and withdrew my concern. Nonetheless I was offered a different stone and a number of other options to make sure I was satisfied. With the explanation I was well satisfied, as was my wife, who received the sapphire as a gift. I am very happy with the product and the customer service.
