Exactly what I was looking for!
Nice, thick skinned exercise ball. Easy to grip & not slippery. It has loose sand inside for the weight. Great for tucking behind your knee to do leg lifts, too!

Perfect ball for glute rolling
I love this ball and have bought 6 so far, as i keep giving them to clients. Great for glute rolling, and back stretching. Other balls are smaller for 2 lbs and overfill which makes them hard, this is nice, less than 50% full. I love that its pliable and conforms to body well

Filled with sand that moves around inside ball
I bought this to continue physical therapy for my elbow/forearm, as I thought it was similar to the ball I used at PT, but it's not. The ball I used at PT was uniform density and balanced - it was only 1 lb, but the entire ball was uniform and I was able to rapidly bounce it against the wall and also perform an exercise where I drop the ball about an inch then rapidly snatch it back up, and repeat. [extend arm straight out with ball in hand and palm facing down. Release the ball, then quickly grab the ball while keeping hand orientation the same. repeat until forearm muscles burn] This product however is not uniform density. It feels like there is just a bag of sand inside the ball, so the weight is correct, but the balance is not there. When I try to perform my exercise of dropping/catching rapidly the sand makes it feel unbalanced because it is sloshing around inside the ball. Similarly the ball does not bounce against the wall because the sand just sloshes around as you do it. Besides that issue there is nothing wrong with the ball. This issue is a deal breaker for me though, because I'm unable to use it for the only thing I need it for. I read reviews before purchasing, and although it was mentioned it was filled with sand, I did not realize how much of a balancing issue that would create for my personal situation.

Great exercise ball, but if you travel with it leave extra time for TSA
My physical therapist assigned me some exercises that necessitate this ball. I bought it, and love it for what it is. Easy to grab, perfect for my odd engage/catch and release exercises I do for my shoulders. I love it so much, that I take it with me on trips. And TSA does *not* know what to make of this ball. Every time I've sent this ball through the scanner, TSA has pulled it out of my bag and done a chemical analysis of the ball. My family now calls it the Susball. And I love the Susball, look forward to the days I get to work out with it.

It's Good
I bought this fitness ball to use as a neck massager of sorts. My friend suffers from migraines, as I do, and she was told by a professional to lay with a ball like this under her neck until her tight muscles released. I have tried this with her fitness ball and it works great, so I bought this with the same purpose in mind. This ball is bigger is circumference than what I had hoped for and is not tightly packed. I needed it to be tightly packed in order to use it for what I had in mind. I released some air from it, but it doesn't do the trick. I'm sure it's great for exercise, as that is what it was made for. The ball itself seems to be good quality.

Great for occupational therapy for Autism
My son has autism and we work with an Occupational Therapist on a regular basis. Since my son seeks sensory input, she recommended using weight in various ways to help with that. These balls are perfect for my son. They are heavy enough that he enjoys them and they are sturdy enough to survive his rough play. These have enough give to them that they are easy to grab even if your motor skills aren't the best and the material doesn't get slippery enough that they are easy to lose your grip on. They also won't damage your floors if they get thrown, which is an important thing since my son loves throwing pretty much everything. Although I was a bit worried getting these because they were one of the least expensive options, I am very glad that I chose these.
