I ordered 5 for these for now as a starter for part of my after care for this summer once my son is born. These are a perfect size for putting in my hospital bag and will fit perfectly inside disposable underwear. No damaged items as far as I can tell. I will definitely order more of these before he's here so I'm stocked up. At this price these are a steal! I definitely recommend. (To use - shake pack gently, squeeze inner liquid pouch firmly until it bursts and shake vigorously - DO NOT OPEN OR PUNCTURE) I will edit this once I've used them in the summer if I have any ones that are faulty.

I've used this brand a great deal in the past. Bought these for a first aid bag as part of essential kit on a walking event. They're a good size for packing in the bag, light and all have survived the trip. They haven't burst in transit or in the bag. Decent quality, usually good performance, but with all first aid kit, they do what they need to do before you get to safety.. easy to carry.

Easy to use, stay cold, reasonably priced

OMG….excellent for those ladies of a certain age. If you know what I mean. Lasts for about 20-30 minutes, and so worth it. Extremely easy to use. I wrap mine in a teatowel as it’s very icy cold.

Had a few of these and they don't stay cold long enough unfortunately Quite difficult the find the part which needs to be popped In one case the entire packet popped and it leaked everywhere. Wouldnt buy again

Ideal for my first aid kit

I suffered swelling to my face so needed some kind of cold compress, figured this would be a good short term solution and bought a couple of reusable gel ones too. Tried to use this while waiting for the reusable to freeze and the instructions say to use a cloth barrier to avoid ice burns, that’d be wishful thinking, using the barrier I couldn’t even feel the slightest bit of cold. Put it against skin directly and it lasted about 10-15 minutes before becoming lukewarm. Not recommended, pay a little extra and get a reusable gel ice pack instead
