This worked perfectly on my homemade cat bed. I bought a replacement cot cover for one of my cat beds, but the metal legs had rusted up from being outside, and I wasn't able to get the old cover off of it. I didn't want to waste the new cover, so I made a cot frame out of pvc and used these for the corners. The cats love it. These saved the day!

Purchased these to support a shade for my plants. They are the right size and worked well. They also lasted through the winter cold without cracking. Good value.

I used these to build a frame to support LED plant lights to start pepper plants from seed. They fit Sched 40 1/2" PVC pipe just tight enough to hold without glue, and still be able to be disassembled when required. The frame us plenty sturdy for it's purpose. I might not use them for plumbing with water pressure, but they're great for my use. (They may work fine under pressure - I didn't try that) The fittings are $2.50 each at my local hardware stores, so this is a great deal.

Who knew that there exists another kind of PVC 1" pipe? The outer diameter kind of pipe... I guess I should have paid more attention but these are the real deal. They do exactly what I needed for a PVC structure, so I haven't tested in a pressurised system...
