You cant get the punch to line up with the right days and times. Instructions are too basic and, for this issue anyway, not understandable. Three people cannot figure out how to set the clock to punch correctly so its worthless to our office and I will have to return it due to poor information. Also, no manufacturer is named on it anwhere as I tried to research to get clarification or product assistance and cannot because its not provided on the product or packaging.

The instruction booklet for this machine is so vague. I had to keep adjusting the machine until I got to the correct settings. There is no telephone number to call for assistance.

Waist of money, there is no instructions or instruction video on how to get it working try and try millions of ways but just gave up and it’s on some corner of my house picking up dirt

Able to set up, but ribbon ran out of ink in a very short period of time and trying to find a replacement cartridge is a nightmare!

Product was defective. Did not work Asking for return label to exchange

It is very difficult to get the printout to match up to the daily slots. Monday will be completely below the weekly grid and at times it will print on top of each other. Frustrating.

This needs clear instructions written in even clearer English. Don't know or am even given a clue as to what the instructions are talking about!
