Ice cubes are easy to refill and pop out of the trays. I love the trays come with their own lids and removal is quite easy, just a slight amount of pressure it all it takes. The container is quite nice, very sturdy and so far no leaks. Overall pretty happy with these so far.

It’s easy to make the ice cubes, easy to pop them out into the bin. The lid for the bin arrived broken—with one of the corners broken off. Several other reviews noted the same. It’s too much of a hassle to send back and I really need it to make ice cubes right now. But they shouldn’t send broken products. Update: the company read my review, reached out to me and offered me a full refund for the broken lid. In the meantime, the ice trays have been working very well and the lid with the broken corner is inconsequential. I’m increasing my rating to 5 stars.

I ALWAYS use ice and these ice cube trays are so easy to use. You barely apply pressure and the ice pops out. I run the back (green side) under the cool water for a few seconds and turn the tray over - cubes are popping out. The ice cube holder is great - comes with a scoop and tongs and a cover. I empty the three trays fill them up again and am set for the day. The cover for the ice trays is great! Don't have to worry about something touching my ice. Convenient, easy to use. A definite thumbs up!

UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and I have to say that they went above and beyond for me. They actually exceeded my customer service expectations, which speaks volumes. I’m giving this 5 stars now, because the product is fantastic and customer service came back and pleasantly surprised me. I do, however, suggest that they start packaging these kits differently so that they arrive in one piece. Meanwhile, the set is still amazing and I do still highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t have an ice maker. I do really like this set. Having moved (and now renting) into a place without an ice maker, I needed something to keep ice. I make iced green tea every day, and I only had one ice tray. I couldn’t keep enough ice. This set is perfect for my needs and even fits well in the tiny freezer we have (along with all 4 ice trays plus the Tupperware one I already had). I love that all pieces have lids! This keeps the ice fresher and clean. But the plastic pieces were shipped in a brown bag without any bubble wrap or other protection, and the lid to the ice bin was cracked on a corner. There were broken pieces of plastic in the packaging when I opened it. It isn’t a huge deal, but when you buy something you do expect to receive it in one piece. Anyway, I can still use it and with the other 3 corners still in place the lid does mostly remain closed. It isn’t as sturdy when removing and replacing the bin from and to the freezer, but knowing that, I’m more careful when I handle the bin. So as I said, it’s not a big deal. I emailed the seller (through Amazon) but haven’t heard back, and it’s been a minute… I then read reviews, and I saw that this is apparently a common issue. People even specifically mentioned the packaging that the item is shipped in, which was the same as mine. So I guess the seller hasn’t fixed that issue yet… I’d like to give this product and its seller a higher rating, but I’m very big on customer service, and I waited before reviewing for the seller to respond to me. Without a response, I’m posting my review now.

Over the years I have had lots of ice cube trays, starting with the aluminum ones in the old days (your hands stick to the freezing aluminum and it's painful, plus they are heavy), all the way through the newer synthetic trays that one twists or bends to release the cubes, which can be difficult and hard on your hands. This silicone design is pure genius. It's easy to use, the cubes are a great size, it's simple to empty. The trays are not too large, so they fit comfortably in the freezer and are easy to fill & reasonably light weight when filled with water. Having a top for the trays allows stacking during freezing. The plastic container for the ice cubes is a bonus. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this product exceeds expectations in all categories!

The greatest problem with filling ice cube trays is stacking them filled with water in the freezer. These trays solve that problem!!! They have lids, which help not only with the stacking, but also with the filling. The lids also make it much easier to remove the frozen ice cubes. The separate bin — also with its own lid — is the perfect place to store them. The silicone also facilitates the removal of the frozen cubes. I have been using ice cube trays all my life and these are the best I have ever used!

I love these ice trays. No mess. The top snaps on easy & it makes everything secure while carrying to the freezer. Today is 5/20/2025. They are also very durable and excellent quality.

Works but leave you tasting rubbery after taste when you break the ice loose.
