I received this on October 24th, 2022. The way I drink it is my preferred method I am also swamped in the morning with little to no time. I take half a glass of water in a mason jar and one teaspoon of the powder (as advised) with 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, I close the lid and mix vigorously, then I chug the whole thing quickly while keeping a water bottle next to me so after I can chug the water as well the taste is not too bad but also not the best. Taste: It tastes like grass; it is NOT the best taste, but after time I got used to it. Think more about the benefits than the taste. In conclusion: In my experience, it's been almost 2 months and I noticed quite some difference. 1st. When I take this powder, I get a boost of energy, more than drinking a Celcius or Redbull! I am very focused at work and I have this burst of happiness as well. As to when I don't drink it I can tell I'm not AS focused as when taking the powder. 2nd. My tummy has flattened, I noticed on the 3rd week. I do eat healthily and some junk food here and there of course but I do suffer from bloating. I noticed that taking this has caused my bloating to go away leading my tummy to look flatter. 3rd. The benefits this powder has is the reason I bought it in the first place, it is not the best in taste as I stated earlier it resembles a grass taste but over time you come to forget all bout it. I would recommend this product and will continue to order more. Hope this helped!

I usua.\nLly use liquid chlorophyll used it for years and years. Not being able to get it , I purchased this one. I like the flavor of this one.I was a bit disappointed when I saw the warning on it. When I researched it a little better, it looks like it's something that's actually in most grasses, just maybe not is getting labeled as often as it should, I'm not sure.. Good value though in good flavor

According to my Amazon subscription statistics, I've purchased this five times. I used to love it in our smoothies. This last bag tastes like a dirty fish tank and overpowers every smoothie, even with the sweet protein powder and added bananas. I thought reducing the serving of this powder to 1/4 tsp would help but I'm still on the verge of vomiting. Holding my nose couldn't help. The taste lingers. I can't see buying this again since it's not returnable even if it's a bad batch. Imagine burping. Ugh.
