I’m pleasantly surprised by this glutathione. I have tried a different kind with a horrible taste, but this one is very mild. I drop the liquid directly under my tongue and hold it there for 30s-1min in the morning, then swallow with water or orange juice, and honestly barely taste it when done that way. I also take an aloe shot in the morning on top of this, which I know is already in it, but I love to load up on anything anti-inflammatory. I’ve especially noticed improvement in my immune system and sleep quality. My histamine response with spring allergies is extremely mild this year. I’ve always had the spring/fall allergy kick where it would run me down so badly I would eventually get sick. I feel great. I also used to have to use all kinds of meditative tricks to fall asleep, but since taking this I have been falling asleep in MINUTES. And I wake up refreshed, not dragging like I used to. I’ve noticed less inflammation, and it seems to be keeping me regular digestion wise. I haven’t noticed much of a difference with my skin, but Im still young, and my skin doesn’t really have any issues other than the occasional pimple lol. Plus, it’s a bang for your buck. I only use 1 ml a day, and between the 2 bottles you can make it go a long way! My only critique would be the pipette not having measurements on it, so you do have to guess how much you’re getting.

I've only just begun taking this supplement so I don't have much to go on. I must say that I'm very confused as to how other customers think it tastes great?! I place the drops directly under my tongue and hold for 60 seconds. When I swallow it, the taste is beyond horrifying. I can't even explain it but if I had to, I would say putrid meat. Idk, I will continue with it because I know that the pros outweigh the cons. Kudos to those who like spoiled meat!

I tried this Glutathione on the advice of my PCP (not necessarily THIS one, but I compared others, read reviews, bang for the buck, etc, and went with this one). Took it as directed for the most part, but sometimes I forgot the morning dose, so it lasted about 6 weeks. Didn’t seem to notice much of a change in my overall health. BUT, I’ve been out of it for about 2 weeks now. NOW I’m starting to notice things!!! I’m NOT sleeping through the NIGHT anymore! This is the ONLY thing that has changed! Has anybody else noticed this??? I WAS sleeping very soundly before, even commented this to my husband, not really knowing why. Not anymore. Also, thinking back, I DID seem to have a little more energy (and I have Multiple Sclerosis so this is a BIGGIE!), and actually felt like getting out in the world a little more! AND I didn’t get SICK like I usually do every winter! I guess it helped my skin too, come to think of it, because I also have Rosacea, and it seems to be better too! So I think it’s got to be THIS!!! I just ordered a bigger bottle so my husband can take it too!

This tastes and smells horrendous.

This works really well. This helps great with my allergies. This also helps brain fog. It helps get rid of nano tech being sprayed on us constantly. Worth the money.
