I bought a wall magic clip cordless clipper about a month ago. The first time I plugged it in it made a pop, emitted smoke and a burning smell, and now won’t work. I’d like a replacement or refund under warranty.

I purchased this shaving machine expecting an original product, but after receiving it and using it, I realized it’s not authentic. The quality feels very different from the genuine version — the materials are cheaper, the performance is poor, and it stopped working properly after a short time. I compared it with an original model and noticed major differences in build, packaging, and overall quality. I strongly recommend double-checking product details and seller information before purchasing.

These are great machines. I use them professionally. Have done for years. Battery goes for more than an hour. Very ergonomic. The best of them out there.

The Razor itself seems fine. I am happy with the time they took, but i was very confused on why it did not come with a 5 guard but knew that before buying.I was devastated with the guards as the main reason I picked this seller is because of the guards,although they are nothing like the photos they are nothing like the photo and I am very displeased.

This item did Not come with the premium cutting guards as pictured. Instead you get cheap plastic bending ones, add another £35 to purchase the advertised ones. Item returned.
