good for keeping your uppers formed.
Nicely shaped, works well. I'm ex military and like to take care of my boots. I have Two pairs or Danner Acadia's (summer) and a pair of Fort Lewis (winter). I use them primarily for hiking/exercise. These are "forms", not stretchers. The insert easily in to the boot and form to the shape of the boot. They do flatten the sole, but only gently and slightly. Basically, the hold the shape of the boot in the uppers when your foot it not in them. I remove my boots after a hike, insert the forms and them give them a good rub down with a brush to remove dust and dirt. The cedar keeps them fresh and helps removing moisture. The brass knob makes removal nice and easy. My boots are always formed nicely to my feet, fresh and ready to go the next morning. I orginally ordered one pair to just try them out. I liked the first pair so much I order two more for my other boots.

Good Quality
You can tell these are very good quality. I had a hard time getting them down in my boots because they are a women's boot and the top is long and there isn't a zipper. I did get them pushed down but it took quite a bit of effort and finagling to get the shoe horse all the way down. I am excited though, because I think it will really help. I think this will be what I use during warmer months that I don't wear my boots. I don't know if this is something I will try to put in every time I wear them now. It was just too hard to get it all the way down and into the foot.
