Cybex Cloud G Base

Got this car seat in the cream color for our 2nd kiddo, as we had a hand-me-down Chicco for our first. We have now been using it for almost 4mos, and in comparison, the materials feel like better quality and more comfortable/cushiony. The straps move very smoothly when tightening and loosening (way better than our rotating, convertible car seats). It sometimes takes a couple tries to get it out of the base while pressing the necessary button, which is a little annoying - but I can’t be mad that it’s in the base securely! The base feels very secure using the anchors into our vehicles. I have also had to use the seatbelt install without the base and it works well in my combo cloth/leather RAV4 seats but didn’t work well in our leather captains chairs in our Honda Pilot. When trying to tighten the seatbelt, it causes the car seat to shift and takes it out of the optimal recline. We live is Arizona so I would agree with others that the materials seem to trap a little heat, and our guy does run warm. He’s gotten big enough to remove the infant insert and removing that seems to help. We have used the recline feature many times and it works easily for our when baby falls asleep and we’re taking him out of the car into a friend/family gathering or into a store (though I usually prefer to babywear if he’s initially awake). As expected, the cream color does show dirt more than a dark color would (doesn’t help having a dirty-handed toddler touching everything). I have washed the materials as per the manual a few times and it’s cleaned up well. Baby’s milky drool has left a little yellowing near the head piece but I bet it would come out leaving that piece out in the sun for a couple hours. Would absolutely buy again!

I searched the internet for the best, most comfortable, ergonomic, safe car seat and I am so happy to have found Cybex. This car seat is everything that I was looking for and more; such a stellar difference between this and the rest that are on the market. It’s so sturdy, excellently designed, luxurious, comfortable, safe and looks beautiful. It’s true that it’s a bit heavier than others but you could clearly see it’s because of the higher quality materials that are put into it. My daughter enjoys this seat and all the rides that we go on. I also have the Priam Stroller and Lux Carry Cot and love them as well; Cybex makes top quality products and I am so happy to have found them 😃

Perfect for Nana’s car. Ordered a base, like my son’s so we didn't have to remove theirs when I babysit. Works as expected.

Cybex amazing quality. The color seashell beige is a summer must have . The car seat looks sturdy and safe. Better than on the picture. Great specifications like full recline when on the Cybex frame so you can do your shopping with being worried for your newborn position.

My only complaint about this is carrying it around with my 10 month old.. it’s heavy! I would say it’s worth it though. It’s sturdy, the straps are high quality, I LOVE the recline feature. I don’t use it so much now as I did when my son was a younger infant but it was so nice to not have to buy a bassinet in order for him to be in a safe position for longer walks.

We have loved this car seat for 4 months now. My baby was born 10 lbs and still fit this just fine of course. We moved when she was 3 weeks old and had to drive often! She never cried in this car seat… she sleeps easily in the car with this. Beautifully made. We also have the cybex stroller system in navy blue and we love all of it! Sometimes to get it out of the base when transferring it wont come out unless I click the button extra hard. My husband has no issue with this. For my next baby honestly I’d probably get a turning car seat but this one has been great.

I do not recommend buying a car seat. It has all the negative aspects: it is heavy. The biggest drawback is most likely a defect, the seat jams and there is no way to remove it from the base. Also, the seat material is synthetic, the child is completely wet in it after 30 minutes, which leads to diaper rash. also for my child it is small. the child was born large and already at two months does not fit. I insist on returning the product. maybe it is not the original?!

I use it with Yoyo stroller with the yoyo adapter so that I don't need to get yoyo newborn set. I believe this is the only car seat on the market which the baby can lie almost flat when not in car seat mode so that you can leave them in the seat for longer period of time without worrying about hurting their spine. As a New Yorker, I don't have a car and I use Uber all the time. This stroller plus car seat gives me the freedom to hop on a taxi to the airport, gate check in the stroller and car seat, and take a taxi in another country seamlessly.

Muy seguro para el bebé aunque si es pesado

El artículo llegó 2 días antes de lo previsto, aunque la caja llegó maltratada y rota el artículo llegó en buen estado. El Cybex Cloud G se siente muy seguro, de muy buen acabado, con materiales de calidad y un increíble diseño. El costo es algo elevado para un porta bebés comparado con el precio promedio, sin embargo este modelo ya incluye la base para anclarlo en el asiento del auto de la misma marca Cybex en los iso fix y de igual modo se siente de muy buena calidad, muy seguro y muy resistente. Nosotros lo compramos para combinarlo con la carreola Libelle 2 también de la marca Cybex que es el modelo más compacto para viaje que tienen y con los adaptadores que ya incluye la carreola el porta bebés se pudo montar de manera sencilla y segura. Totalmente recomendado.

Aun no lo hemos usado porque es para nuestra primera bebe que esta por llegar pero nos encanto todo, sabemos quela marca es garantia.
