Gymboss Plus Interval Timer and Stopwatch

Use this for intervals when out on runs. It was easy to set up using a YouTube vid. Fantastic battery life and easy to adjust, small enough to hold in your hand or it clips on as well. Very good build and works as it should

Exactly what I needed!

Really useful interval timer for HIIT or run-walk-run sessions. I love mine and have used it a lot. The battery lasts ages and it's small and light, and can be heard from I side a pocket when running. I'm a bit disappointed that after 2 years the rubberised coating has started to break down and it's now sticky to touch. A model without the stupid coating would be great!

I've just started running again after an op and this is perfect for timing my running vs walking sets. Just focus on the running and let the timer tell you when to change from run to walk and back. Brilliant bit of kit.

I used it for timing my duration and rest periods on the punchbag. I am very happy with it

Easy to use and water resistant. Don't drop it though or you'll need a new one like I did.

I cant really say anything bad about the timer does everything it is supposed too.

これぞ求めてた簡易タイマーです。 タニタ式タイマーアプリを使っていましたが携帯の誘惑に負けることが多くトレーニングに支障出てました。このタイマーを使うことでヒートトレーニングもスムーズに余計なレスト挟むこともなく実施することできました。

Good size numbers . I us it to interval train in a race kayak. I can read the numbers from where I have it mounted at the font of the combing . So far the water splashes have not effected it.

Had one before (minMax), stopped working after 4-5 years. Got this one because it’s simpler and louder. It simply works, what else to say about a good timer/stopwatch :)
