This was hands down one of the worst purchasing decisions I’ve made. Initially, the product performed well for a few weeks—but that didn’t last.Soon after, it began getting stuck on the pool drain repeatedly. The manual says you can request a free clip to fix this, but that’s misleading—they charge you for it. I ordered two, and while it helped a bit, the improvement was minimal. It isn't a clip, it is a round disc you need to screw into the bottom to give it something to bump it off the drain clip, which now has a 50/50 chance of working versus the previos 90/10 it would get stuck.Then came the real issues: parts started falling off, the drive belt kept slipping off and required tools and effort to reset, and eventually the Bluetooth connectivity failed entirely—leaving the unit uncontrollable via phone.I submitted a warranty claim with videos and received a couple of vague responses, but then… silence. I followed up, escalated the ticket in their system, and still nothing. I even filed a complaint with the BBB against their parent company—and got no response. It’s as if the company has vanished.While the product can do what it’s supposed to, its reliability is terrible. It barely lasted 6 months before falling apart. I’d give 3 stars for initial functionality, but between the poor build quality and nonexistent customer service, this deserves 1 star—or zero, if that were possible. All the YouTubers who are saying this is the best, I am POSITIVE, are getting paid to lie.Avoid this company. They do not support their product, and based on my experience, they simply do not stand behind what they sell.

We’ve had this for a few months now and could not be happier. We have a 40’x20’ inground pool and live in an area that has a lot of trees. Leaves are a huge issue. We tried the Dolphin and loved it but didn’t want to spend $2000. We saw this one and read some great reviews. It cleans the bottom and walls of the pool, has an app, has large filters that are easy to clean and is easy to work.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased this pool Sweeper in January 2024. In February 2025, it quit working.. I contacted the factory they had me ship it to them. It was $120 for shipping. They told me they’d respond in 10 days. I got verification that they received the pool sweeper. This is June 9 2025 and I still have not had any response back. I have emailed them over and over again.

Purchased to replace a pressure vacuum. It worked well for two months, then only began cleaning walls, would get stuck on stairs. Despite trying to adjust buttons with control module or online app, would only clean walls. Tried to contact customer service took multiple attempts, but stated I would have to ship machine to them and pay for return shipping to me for them to diagnose under warranty. Two year warranty means nothing if I am paying for it. App is very basic and sometimes glitchy. It did work well for two months, but did not last long. It is mechanical so things happen, but would expect company to stand behind product, especially when they promote two year warranty. Stay away from this product.

The Blue Helix 1 robotic pool cleaner is the WORST! After waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery because the 1st one arrived like an accordion, return, re-purchase & put in the pool on Sunday it DID NOT respond to the app, nor did the app recognize robot. Called support & message was replies within 48hrs! Never replied. After taking this HEAVY machine out & playing with app, finally worked.However, it was set for 3hrs all modes. It haphazardly went from one end of the pool to the other, up to waterline, down did its own thing. I was working outside the pool area & heard a "grinding" noise, to see that the robot attached itself to the corner waterline by the 2 steps to the tanning ledge. I went inside for my phone & when I get there it slid over slightly & was hung up on the corner. I then helped it along, then on to the tanning ledge. When it came to the spa seat, climb wall, seat waterline & flipped on its back upright & stayed there. Once again I had to help it.Video's taken but unable to transfer to Yahoo.(stating to large even after editing size)Photos show damage to tile waterline/grinding into the grout, also photo showing drains (took after but clouds are seen), floor NOT CLEANED!This is the 3rd robotic cleaner tried w/o fulfillment of manufacturers claims.

The unit picks up leaves and most debris. Could use the option of a fine debris filter to get more of the dust/dirt and pollen. It sometimes will get stuck on the floor drains, even if the pool pump is off. Tends to get stuck in corners that have a radius where floor blends into a end wall and sidewall. Works well on right angles bust has a problem with short rise steps and isn't able to climb far enough to make it to the next level, Climbs regular walls with ease. Has a great feature to clean floor and walls, or just the floor. Overall, it performs well, easy to clean debris baskets.

Impressive performance and easy to use!

DO NOT BUY….1 year old and it stopped moving.. I contacted seller, they brushed me off to manufacturer. Supposedly it has a 2 year warranty.. but tried several times to reach manufacturer and no response.Now I have $600 + piece of garbage!
