When it worked the computer was great. (Nightmare review)
I got this computer and it almost immediately busted—I don’t know why it happened but I wasn’t interested in fixing the solution myself. I called the customer service and never got a response. The computer was awesome for my needs when I first got it. I strictly downloaded steam and other games from reputable sources. In the first 9 days the computer shut off randomly—I figured it was just a reset. I turned the computer back on and everything was fine. Then a week later the computer shut off again… mid-game. I went to turn it back on and a red light flashed and the computer couldn’t maintain power for more than a second. Not posting this to find solutions or anything since I returned the product. If you’re a computer wiz I’m sure you could fix it. Personally I would rather just get a working product and more responsive support team. I’ve heard they have good support which is one of the reasons I took the risk of buying the product. But once it busted and I couldn’t contact them; I didn’t want to miss my return deadline. Update: Scheduled for Amazon to pick up the package. Apparently UPS is in charge of picking up the return package. But they won’t call, text, or message you in any way. My return deadline was on the last day and UPS still hadn’t messaged me. I went to drop it off myself and they can’t print the label from the last return. I had to call Amazon who were very helpful initially switching my return process to me dropping off the computer. I had them print the labels after 45 minutes of pacing around a UPS store. I was told the package would arrive within the week. I used the support messaging app two weeks later and they knew nothing. Then about 3 weeks later my credit took a hit from the purchase holding up my max balance. I should’ve paid the balance but it felt stupid paying for something I never received in working condition. By the third week the Amazon app still said it never delivered even though I showed them the tracking number and everything. Update: I am writing from a month after the three weeks 08/24/24 and the Amazon return system is appearing like they never received the package…. Oh and I’m still forced to pay the charge even after reporting to my cc company about it.

Can't upgrade to Windows 11
The computer is good for what it is, and the price point, but they use cheap internals, loose fitting connections, and it's not sellers issue, but the system does not qualify for the Windows 11 upgrade. Have to buy a whole new computer.

Amazing Performance at a Great Price!
There are some really snobby gamers that I saw complaining about this machine because it isn't a "real gaming machine" and the "lights look horrible". Really man? Are you buying this thing for its looks or its performance? Because let me tell you -- for $499 this thing will easily do 60 FPS in Microsoft Flight Simulator or Foraza Racing and doesn't hesitate. Absolutely an amazing bargain gaming system. Just make sure you get the i7 with 32GB of RAM so you aren't starving the games.

Can't run windows 11
This computer was good until we realized that it actually doesn't have the capability to run windows 11, and only has the hardware to run windows 10, so now we have to buy better parts for it.

They KNEW the configuration would not accept Windows 11
This computer was put together in March 2025. This company KNEW that windows 10 would expire in October 2025. Yet they put in processors and configurations they KNEW were not compatible with Windows 11. I spent almost $1000.00 for a computer that would only last 7 months...and the company knew it. Oh, the computer worked fine, well, except the occasional blue-screen. But I need a secure computer and without a current OS one cannot have security. You may have had better experience with this company, but i will never buy from this company again. WATCH OUT WHAT YOU BUY HERE !!!

Fr exceeds expectations
A basic pc bought online, but handled heavy applications and is definitely the proper specs for a well rounded gaming experience.

Performance, space for upgrades, features, rgb's, and ultimately the price. Perfect starter
Worth every penny I bought this for my 14 year old son for Christmas. He wanted one so bad, I have already installed it and gave it a performance run. Well I must say it has exceeded my expectations. If you don't have alot of money to start up a good pc this is a good place to start and they give you enough space for upgrades.. after your warranty runs out... 10 stars I say...
