A Great Partner Tool for Your Therapy Journey
I don’t normally leave reviews but I wanted to be sure to give credit where credit is due. This book is well-written, insightful, and the writing prompts are well thought out. If you struggle with journaling on your own, this book will certainly help you.

Amazing self reflection and awareness
This book is amazing. It caused me to self reflect in beautiful ways. My boyfriend has the avoidant attachment style book, from the same brand. And he is also really loving it! It truly gets you thinking in ways that you wouldn’t before. Genuinely helps with day to day things.

Great workbook
I feel like this book helped me discover things I wasn’t aware of before. I’ve done therapy and tons of self help books but this workbook helps you dig in deeper with specific details. I’d definitely buy another one if there’s a part two.

It will cut deep but give you the tools to fix the cut. Worth it for anyone on a self healing journey.

Worth its weight in gold.
This book literally changed my life. I suffered in relationships for years, and was ready to give up on finding someone altogether. I sabotaged my good relationships, and was absolutely tortured by anxiety throughout. Not even one third of the way through this book - and I already knew it was going to help me with deep seated things I wasn’t even aware of. I can’t say enough about this journal. Thank you guys so much.
