Great picks, EJ licks not included
I switched to these a couple of years ago after having used gator grip 2.0mms since the 90s. Now that I'm used to them I have to say that my speed and accuracy have improved since there's not so much pick to get caught in the strings and the shape and point size lend themselves very well to pick slanting. The textured grip is nice too.

My new favorite pick
If you have been using any sort of smaller pick, but haven't tried these yet, stop what you're doing and buy them immediately. I'm a musician and teacher and have a guitar in my hands at least 5 hours a day and these picks have a really excellent, unique feel to them. If you like a small pick, but feel like the tip is too sharp or "brickwall" feeling, try this pick. For me, it feels like a very, very slight roundness to the tip that allows your pick to flow over the strings in almost a more fluid, legato fashion. Great pick.

Best Jazz III version for me
These picks have all the feel and response of the regular Jazz III but with less picking noise. It feels like they rounded off the pick edge differently. These are now my preferred Jazz III style. Sounds most like the Ultex Jazz III. Would love if I could get this shape in Tortex, but don’t know if that would change the sound.

Pinnacle of pick design
Wow. Coming from the previous red EJ Jazz III, I can say I am blown away. I love the older EJ red ones, they have definitely helped my techniques, but I was running out of them and decided it was time for a plunge to get me sorted for the next years. Glad I did. Great timing, as Dunlop recently honed its recipe and I have to say…the results are stellar. It does feel more flexible, grip is perfect as with the previous model, and that sharp tip is just so precise for economy picking, sweep picking, pinch harmonics, hybrid, you name it, everything that involves a pick. Easy on the wallet and come on, white is just so classy. I have yet to see how long it lasts before the tip starts wearing off, but so far I’ve spent 15 minutes with it and dang! I found my new forever pick! That Cliffs of Dover intro just coming out effortlessly! Thank you Jim Dunlop! 🎸 Get the 24 pack!

Love em!
Best picks for me. Lefty playing right handed.

It's good stuff.
Thick and sturdy. I prefer a better grip surface but I'm notorious for dropping picks, so most won't have any issues with these.

Best for fine picking
Those offer great control for me. Amazing grip. They seem to last forever (until I lose it) but the material is soft and cannot be abused with dad-rock pick slides, but Dunlop Tortex picks works great for that.

WOW! I PLAY JUST LIKE ERIC JOHNSON NOW!
Um, no, just kidding. Sorry. But I do love Eric and these pics. Have been a fan since 1985 when I saw him at my little college club hangout. Love the feel, tone, and how long they last. I can't play with standard Fender/Gibson picks - will destroy in just a few songs. I like Dunlp Tortex but wear those down pretty fast, too. Not these. I love them for bass, too. I choke up close to the tip, and play where both the pick and the flesh of my thumb strike the string. Fantastic. And easy to see on the floor when dropped! I'll never get the "hundred pound violin tone," but at least I got the pick part of it down!

I ordered these picks by mistake, instead of my usual Ultex Jazz III and I won't ever buy anything else but these ones again! Amazing picks, great grip, perfect size and makes the strings to generate their natural sound without excessive attack or irregular vibration. They work well on extra light to medium tension strings on electric guitars (maybe the other gauges as well but I didn't try that). So far the best picks I ever played with.

Reduces feeback to the fingers but also reduces resistance, good for fast melody and thrash/death riffs The embossed pick gives a lot of grip and plastic doesn't bend a lot since it's small and thick Little overpriced though

I have these, and Fender picks, and you do play differently using these. They are smaller than the Fender picks, and feel different in the hand. That's not a bad thing, just something to expect.
