Works well, but choose one that is portable. Like this
I'm new to water flossers. But I like this one. Couple things for those you don't know. Basically this is a high pressure garden hose you put in your mouth. Big fan of this one because it's cordless. If you want to bring it in the shower with you, you can. They're pretty messy because you've got a garden hose in your mouth. Its simple to use. Fill the reservoir up, plug in the sprayer head and turn it on. The reservoir quantity seems fine. It'll run for maybe a minute with that. If you need to fill it up again, you can easily. There are different settings. I run it on the highest setting, but the pressure feels fine. Its seems to make the teeth cleaner. I can imagine if you had braces using this would be very helpful. I don't believe it replaces flossing but would seem complementary. I think it would be definitely something you would want to add to your daily routine. P51.

Powerful, Easy‑to‑Use Flosser That Really Improves My Routine
Using the Philips Sonicare Cordless Power Flosser 3000 has made my daily cleaning feel quicker and noticeably more effective. The water pressure is strong but comfortable, and the different modes let me adjust it depending on how sensitive my gums feel. The cordless design is convenient, and the battery lasts long enough that I’m not constantly recharging it. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, making it simple to reach every spot. For a flosser that delivers a deep clean without any hassle, this one has been a solid upgrade to my routine.

Works great
Works great! I love that you can change the intensity of the jet and I like the fact that it’s not just one thin stream. It’s easy to fill and easy to use. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would like to have a tongue cleaner option with it. Otherwise, seems perfect to me.

Great Quality and Long-Life Flosser
Finally! A powerful water-pic that actually works. I use this product every day. I have dental implants and need a jet strong enough to remove any debris that may collect around my implant posts. Since I started using this product my hygienist has been amazed at the improvement in the health of my gum line. It has adjustable power settings for those that do not need a strong water jet. The battery life is also very good. It will last until I start to think I should probably recharge it! This my second time to purchase the Sonicare Flosser. I used the first one for a couple of years before it needed replacing, so I know it is worth the price.

Read the instructions with a practice run
Read the instructions first. I gave up my 15 year old water pic for this new fangled flosser. After using three reservoirs of water because I had the buttons confused and squirted water everywhere, I decided to read the instructions. This thing WORKS so good. The deep clean pulsates pretty hard but the clean option works great. I have a permanent retainer behind my bottom teeth and was able to clean it easily. (PS, three reservoirs of water cleaned my wall and my mirror 3 times). I've used the Phillips Sonicare Diamond rechargeable toothbrush for years and the flosser is a great addition. I'm glad I got the 3000 model, the deep cleaning option with the adjustable water flow is awesome. Make sure the "head" is pushed in all the way and tightened.

Messy and not very effective
My dentist recommended getting a waterpik for cleaning my gums; I saw this one and thought it might be more effective at that job. It's not. It has a poor design, especially for the price, and it's a genuine pain in the neck to use. First, the water reservoir doesn't hold enough water to actually get through a complete cleaning (unless you're missing a lot of teeth). You'll be refilling it at least once during a cleaning, which means you have to turn it off, unhook the reservoir, fill it, and resume. Second, it's incredibly messy; when you turn it on you expect water to shoot out of the cleaning head (naturally), but it also shoots out of a hole in the back of the unit, spraying your hand, the wall, or whatever else gets in the way. I've learned to position a finger over the hole so that most of the water doesn't escape, but there doesn't seem to be a way to stop the leaks. I'm not sure why it's dong this, but it's aggravating. Third, the stream of water really isn't strong enough to do much flossing, possibly because half of it is flowing out the back of the unit and reducing the water pressure. Even the "deep clean" setting is too weak. Fourth, the unit is thick and a little heavy, not a great idea for smaller hands, and the position of the controls on the handle make it difficult to actually see the settings when you're trying to use it. You're supposed to start it up with the nozzle facing the sink, then apply it to your mouth, which guarantees spraying water over something. I've learned to start with the nozzle in my mouth to keep things neat. Fifth, it comes with two different cleaning heads, and neither one really seems to do a great job. You're supposed to store the other head inside the reservoir--there's a little hole where it fits--but the slightest bump dislodges it so it sinks to the bottom of the reservoir. Sixth, it isn't quiet at all--I have a Sonicare electric toothbrush that's been criticized in reviews for being too noisy, and this thing is at least twice as loud. Seventh, it doesn't come with any kind of a charging stand, but instead requires that you pull up a rubber cover and insert the specialized charging cable into the device. I really can't recommend it. If you need a water-streaming device to clean your gums, look elsewhere.

Nice and tidy...no need for a permanent tank on the counter!
I can't compare this to a "waterpick"; but I love the ability to charge and use without a cord (weeks this lasts) and to pack it and take on a vacation without the charger as the charge will last. No need for a tank on the counter.

End of the day it doesn't do the basic job of floss my teeth. I have gone back to regular flossing as this device doesn't achieve anything as the water jet is not powerful enough.

Purchased this after dental treatment and it works a treat! The power is great and can be controlled, and the charged battery lasts and lasts. It is also portable so from now on it will be with me on my trips.

The product was good, but the packaging came soaked. Since the inside wasn’t really damaged and the product was new, I accepted. Philips has changed the charging port to a more proprietary charging port like the Philips chargers ( as available in Dubai with the C charging port) which is inconvenient as I’ve discarded the charging wire assuming it is a C port! My fault but while most are moving towards the universal C port ( including Apple), Philips wants to move away! Else the product is good, but not really value for money with cheaper, equally good variants available.
