This is it. This is what you are ooking for. I guess I have been looking for this my entire life. Bedsheet will not go anywhere it's intended to. You know they have a mind of their own. Don't know how long the elastic will last fully stretched but will buy again if it fails.

It takes about 20 mins to set up and if the bedsheet is thin, it would slip easily when you.try to put on the bedsheet. Also it would only cover the corners so the bedsheet can come out from the edges. Finally, the corner is always loose on a regular bedsheet so it doesn't look very good. The plus is once it's fitted, the bedsheet wont come out easily from the corners. The image shows it on a fitted bedsheet but it's pointless to use it on a fitted bedsheet.
