Each capsule is £0.25 1 a day. They are big but easy to swallow. It’s fat soluble thiamine, I take mine with avo or eggs. If I don’t feel like eating omega 3 dha, mct oil or evvo does the trick. Benfotiamine Is often associated with countering chronic illness & autoimmune related fatigue. Also has a reputation for increasing libido, helping with brain fog. Dislikes: alters smell of urine (drink your water) can give you insomnia if taken too late in evening. Hope that helps

This item arrived as described on the advert and the bottle looks exactly like the pictures. It arrived in a well sealed box. The pills are in a white plastic bottle which was also sealed for safety and freshness. Full instructions on how to store and consume are clearly printed on the product included recommended daily dosages. I found the pills easy to swallow and didn't leave behind any after taste. I got after reading online that Benfotiamine provides a higher bioavailability than tradition thiamine. I am taking these to help with energy levels and I definitely feel it's made an improvement despite it being early days. The product seems high quality and I think it's great value for the money considering you get 120 pills. Extra bonus points for being third party tested!
