Stinkbug Naturals All Natural Deodorant, Unscented, 2.1 Ounce

I've been using this product for years and LOVE it. Pros: If it is stored in a cool place, you can put on a very thin layer It has minimal smell, and I find many of their scents pleasing I find the protection to be sufficient to rely on for an entire day Cons: If it is stored in a warm place, you end up with a thicker, stickier amount in your pits (cannot apply a thin layer when it is warm)... It gets tough to keep cool in summer, if you let your home warm up If it is warmed up too much (such as when delivered to a hot porch in summer and sits there for a few hours), it permanently modifies the texture and consistency, compromising the ability to apply a thin layer (even when re-cooled)... Note: I have this delivered to a nearby Amazon pick-up to avoid having it sit in the heat on my porch in the summer I'm not a fan of the name. Wish they didn't put the word 'Stink' on a product I'm using on my body.

I like that this is made with natural ingredients. It's a little softer than I prefer and small globs come off which gets on my bra and stains it. It has a nice scent and keeps the odor away.

I've tried a lot of them over the decades, and this magnesium formula, that some manufacturers are now using, actually works to stop stinky pits. Usually stops body odor for about 2-3 days on my particular body. Some of the scents this brand offers are unpleasant to me, but this unscented version works just as well, and it has no smell. Pros: you're not rubbing aluminum into the sensitive tissue of your armpit every day! Cons: expensive

So I bought this to avoid aluminum. I’m trying to slowly go more natural with a lot of things, and deod was next on the list. I’ve tried so many natural deodorants in the past, and none of them worked for me. I’m a heavy sweater and always have been. So I guess I really need an antiperspirant more than a deodorant. I’m not sure what it means by warmth...which is why there’s only 1 Star. This deodorant smells good...when it’s in the stick. I read some reviews that said the mix of the deod with your sweat is off putting. They were not wrong. It’s a whole new interesting smell. It makes your pits SUPER sticky! My hair keeps getting stuck in my pits :-/ It doesn’t come off! I take a shower and scrub the shit out of my pits with 2 different soaps, and I can still smell it afterwards! So annoying. I did get deod balls in my pits when I reapplied midday. I was stinky and wanted more, but it didn’t help the smell, and I ended up getting little gray balls of deod in my pits. I think one of the few good things I have to say about it is that my pits aren’t broken out anymore. I didn’t realize my last deod was irritating my pits until I used this. So they’re no longer bumpy. I don’t have as many whiteheads as I did. I’m assuming those were from the last deod I used because aluminum plugs your pores, and that’s probably where those whiteheads came from in the first place and I just didn’t know it.

I would leave a zero if I could. I really wanted to like this product. It is so old, it smells like an old closet and mildew. I can barely even smell the original oils in the product, it’s that old. I would return it if I could, not happy about wasting money on something I can’t even give away.

I have tried to go all natural for health reasons, and I’ve tried other brands of deodorant. This is the only brand that doesn’t cause a rash and actually works. I sweat a whole lot sometimes because I’m on steroids and when that happens sometimes I have to reapply. I’ve read other reviews were people say this is not a deodorant if you sweat a lot, and I’m here to say that yes it is. If you sweat a whole bunch like profusely then you may have to reapply sometime during the day but that’s often true for any deodorant if you sweat profusely. My pets do not smell when I use this product. And I’ve never had to apply at twice in one day. If I sweat a lot I might have to apply it the next day. If I don’t sweat it all I usually don’t have to apply for several days in between. I have tried many different cents and the charcoal ones and the ones without charcoal and I love them all. The tangerine is my favorite and the mint charcoal is my second favorite just because of the smell but they all work equally well in my opinion. I also think the name is super cute. I’m very grateful that this company makes us deodorant. I used to make my own deodorant that was almost the exact same ingredients, but it became too much work for me so I’m very happy to buy these. Great quality.

Well, I gave this a try because I have sensitive skin and wanted to use something without aluminum. This did smell amazing going on, and did not irritate my skin. However, by the end of the day, it had failed hard and I was very smelly! Mind you, I have used natural deodorants for years, I am not a sweaty person, and I totally accept that it can take time for the body to adjust, but I just ended up with so much stink, I couldn't use it any more. Too bad, because it came highly recommended, but I cannot myself recommend.

I needed a strong deodorant due to having a condition where I sweat a lot, but it also had to be gentle on sensitive skin. Then I found this deodorant and never looked back! It smells fantastic, doesn't make me break out, and keeps me smelling sweet all day.

Perfect for a 9 year old . Dont need my son smelling too strong like a grown up and the naturalness of it . Not them extra products.
