BORA Centipede Folding T-Track Table Top for Bora Centipede Work Stand Saw Ho...

I saw the T-track table top as an open box item at a reduced price so I jumped on it. I had previously used a plywood sheet as a tabletop for some linear rails used with my Bosch router to plane some slabs of wood. Unfortunately, the plywood bowed and would rattle a lot when doing projects on it. I was looking to continue using the Centipede table, and without any rattling, so I ordered this and finally got around to using it. It securely locked into place, and was free of rattles. I also got some bench dog clamps which helped me securely cut the wood. I definitely think this is a huge improvement over my last setup. It also folds up and securely packs away, saving space in right workshops. The only thing negative is the price. It is significantly more expensive now and mdf is prone to water damage. Maybe coat the mdf in teak oil to repel staining or damage. This will definitely make your projects easier.

I've been using this for several months. Absolutely awesome. Might buy a second one to use on my 48" Centipede.

Great replacement for my old foldable workbench. In a small garage I have to pack away my tools in between uses and this is awesome versatile tabletop that allows me to wrap up real quickly.

I bought this about 4 months ago (the model with the t-tracks). I have really liked mine, but I am struggling to find accessories for it that fit as most MFT accessories are based off of the Festool MFT design which is 20mm holes at 96mm. Bora ALSO has a Festool compatible version although not listed on their website it is on amazon. I also ended up with the base in the taller height for a better working height. I wanted to use a track saw guide rail hinge (although there are other options but easier to find if it were 20mm) so I got a set of tracktubes to go under this so I had a side rail to mount the hinge to. If I could do it again I would get the 20mm hole version, and the shorter centipede base because the tracktubes lift up the table a couple inches. There are SO many options out there, this is a good one, and for portability it cant really be beat. Its hard to know what you need before you start working but hopefully my experience will give you some insight.

Bora has excellent solutions generally. They fail on one aspect of this (more on that in a minute) . The table is as described and fits their centipede stand well (why wouldn't it) I bought the taller of the two centipedes because the other one is just a little too short for me. My only complaint is I purchased the Bora table bag. DO NOT BUY this as it tore on the outside as I went to place the table top into the bag. I bought an art portfolio bag and that did the trick.

Where was this 30 years ago !!! Small and compact. Great for setting up on a job site or even in the garage. Perfect height for projects. Beats working on saw horses!!!

Exactly what I was looking for.

I love the product and the overall innovative basis of the design - but engineering quality and availability of accessories could be much better. I hope the company can figure this out as the idea is truly ground breaking.

Mine crooked after a couple days with no rain, just humidity i guess, its not practical you always have to babysit that thing otherwise 300$ can go to waste very quickly. Im not happy... this is my second table because first one crooked too but still i liked the design alot so bough an other one but the mdf mix is so unpractical, its garbage. Lets be honest, the product itself is well made, i like it, i want to like it, but now its getting too expensive for what it is, this is my last one for sure. 600$ worth of crooked mdf is probably the worst investment you can make in the trade. so i have to whithdraw myself lets be polite.
