I am a Bible version nerd... I enjoy how each Bible translation throws a slightly different angle to what the Lord's Word says. I like the NKJV because it offers a milsly older English take without the thee's and thou's of the KJV that can at times overcomplicate the Word at times. Older english is sweet because it offers depth that simplified english lacks. It enables you to pull more while also leaving room to ask "hey, what's this mean?" and a 30 min rabbit hole of research later, you find yourself learning more about theology than you did about the original passage you were reading lol. The size is excellent and the "check book" style design naturally lends itself to some natural protection. This is one of a few EDC (everyday carry) Bibles I have on me (look I carry only 2...) and it holds up great! And the added bookmaek serves its purpose well! No fraying of the edges or anything like that. Highly reccommend this either for you or a friend that is curious and wanta to know more about Jesus. Jesus Christ is Lord!! ☦️

Absolutely beautiful! It’s what I wanted! I put book tabs on them and the tabs are too big so the Bible won’t close but it’s no mig deal for me so just be mindful of that. I did forced it close and yea it messed up the pages but I do t need to close it either way!

This bible is great being made out of leather and also being skinny enough it can fit in a medium to large size purse. The only problem is that the bible is made out of black and burgundy instead of some lighter colors. Other than that it works as intended, and the text is a little small but not too small. Defiantly good for on the go.

I carry it with me everywhere. Love this little bible.

This Checkbook Bible is very Professionally Made. The Binding is of Cloth,and it also has the net fiber within the Binding also. Along with cardboard paper. And needle thread. This is the best Binding that is applied to a book. I know. Because when I was younger. I used to work in our high school library during lunch, and after school also. And one of the requirements was to repair the Binding of books to which their bindings we're Damaged. Which required these materials to be re-applied to the Damaged books in repairing them. Therefore: for the claims that certain individuals are claiming in their reviews that the pages of this Bible are falling out of the book,Is virtually impossible because of the materials used in the Binding of this Bible. This Bible is made up of the best quality materials. And for the price is unbeatable considering that the materials are of the highest quality. As so is thee Leather also.

Smaller than I expected and the font is very tiny, but it’s easy to carry in a purse or travel bag. Convenient for reading on the go.....
