This automatic sump pump has been a great investment for condensate removal. This thing works great. I have a portable air conditioner that I have set up in my shed. I wasn’t able to get a hose to drain the moisture of the air conditioner collected, but this thing works great. It automatically turns on when the water reaches a certain level and turns off once it drains.

Same results as other reviewer almost verbatim. This pump died after less than three months of "use". I was using it to lower the level in my small fountain when it rained too much so it didn't overflow. The pump worked fine for the first rainfall but died within three uses (including tests.) Didn't make it to the second storm. Did not freeze so that was not an issue. Very disappointed because I liked the size. Update: Tried another pump because it really does fit well in the water feature and I hoped I just got a bad one originally. NOPE! Same results. Made it most of the way through a series of rainy days and failed. So, two pumps and each failed quickly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! No freezing or external reason for failure.

I bought four of these condensate pumps for my dehumidifiers in two beach condos. The humidity is very high at the beach. Mold at vent outlets and duct work is a major problem. The problem is solved by installing dehumidifiers on shelves in the bathrooms. Gravity drainage is another problem because it is slow resulting in bacteria growth, clogged tubing and water leak. These pumps run very quietly and efficiently. They are small and of the right footprint to fit inside all kinds of odd shaped water tanks. This condensate pump forcefully empty the water in the tank when water reaches a certain level. If anything goes wrong, the tank fills up and the float will turn off the dehumidifier. No leaks. I have to cut a small hole in the tank to accommodate tubing and electrical cord. When one of these pumps malfunctioned, I contacted the seller and he responded immediately and sent me a new replacement pump very quickly. This is excellent service and warranty for the product. I have other Amazon dealers that I cannot contact because their support websites and phone numbers are not real. The seller Mseltos should be commended for providing an excellent product and for standing behind their product. Thank you.

Update: Vendor sent me a second pump, but it had the same problem. They sent me a video and I noticed in the video that they did not use the check valve so I disconnected my check valve. Now it works well enough to pump from floor to standard window height. I can't give it 5 stars because Both of the check valves that came with the pumps still do not work properly, but the customer service was very helpful and responsive and the pump works well enough without the check valve. Original post: Will not lift more then 18inches. Can't lift condensate from portable AC from floor to window. Tried all trouble shooting (yes, check valve was installed properly) but still had so little flow as to be useless.

This small pump ran all summer long emptying out the basement dehumidifier. It ran flawlessly and saved us many hours of work, emptying the container.

I picked this product over some others because of the 12V power supply. I needed a longer discharge tube than the one supplied, so I got a 10-footer on Amazon. I installed the pump in my dehumidifier reservoir. I made an opening in the front wall of the reservoir at its top to pass the electric supply wire and the discharge tube through. The discharge tube has a 3-foot lift and a 7-foot run to my sink where it drains. The pump is quiet, quick, and strong. I'm very glad I got it.

It worked well for a year untill something with the on/off switch failed causing it to run even while dry and by the time I noticed the motor burned up on it. Honestly if this product is supposed to have a life time policy then explain to my who a year justifies it. Just a bit annoyed i have to get a replacement already dispite getting it last summer and i really need it rn

Great little pump. We purchase the first one a year ago and it has been hooked up and running when needed since. Our older home has a portion of the basement that is a stone foundation so in the spring we get water accumulation in the lower areas of the floor. This little guy pumps from the small lower areas silently and efficiently moving the water to be disposed of in our main sump. We just install a second one in another low lying area and have a 3rd on order as a back up. Definitely good value for the money, highly recommend.

Bought this little pump to sump out my portable A/C. Pumps the water out my window at a 5 foot vertical with ease. Saves my flooring from my A/C flooding.

This little pump is a game changer, had it for two seasons now and it completely solves the issue of having to constantly empty the tank of a portable ac unit, just make sure you clean the scum out of the tank and clean the small foam filter on the pump once every few months, and make sure your application doesn't have more then about 5' of lift as this seems to be the limit of the pump in my testing, as for the hose I made up a 1/4" Barb to garden hose adapter (1/4" Barb fitting into a 1/4" to 1/2" reducing coupling to a 1/2" Male NPT to male garden hose adapter) and drilled a hole just bigger then the included tubing in the AC's window adapter piece, then using the adapter I made I hooked up a short garden hose to run down onto the lawn and this works awesome for my application
