Brighter mood
Underactive thyroid I thought I would try them, within days my mood was brighter and I felt I had more energy. Well worth a try.

Cleaner quality
It’s got less added bulking agents etc.. which makes it cleaner to be absorbed properly in the stomach. I’ve tried other suppliers & this seems to be a cleaner product. It costs a bit more than some other products but worth it for its cleanses & better absorption in the stomach.

Don’t know if these work or not. I am in good health anyway. These could be working and they don’t give me the wow factor. I know this is an important vitamin but I couldn’t say it’s working or not. All I know is that am not poorly and have been feeling alright. 🤔

What can I say. This product exceeded all my expectations.

Effective and clean
After counting macros I decided that I could do with a little more selenium and came to find this clean product, it made a positive difference systematically except for hair fall count. Not a problem as I can just take them less often however it'd be nice to see a 100mcg version or 100mcg of this into a related multi, perhaps with small amounts of Iodine, Zinc (glycinate), B2 and B6.
