Unisex Overshoe Bike Gaiter

Great for saving my runners from getting soaked when cycling to or from work.These and a good waterproof cycling hat and I get home or to work dry

My first impression on unwrapping this product was that it was a bit flimsy. However on putting it to use I soon found that not to be an issue. I have had issues with another overshoe being very difficult to put on and take off, but no such problems with this one. The hook and loop tape (popularly known as "Velcro"®) snaps open and closed quickly and easily. Be mindful that to be effectively waterproof this product must be used with a suitable shoe, i.e. one with impervious sole and sides - no leaks. The overshoe prevents ingress of water from above. Not effective if used with canvas shoes, sandals or similar. Most cycling shoes should be fine. For best effect, use with over-trousers overlapping the tops. Less effective with shorts, though probably still better than nothing. Its light construction means that it folds up very compactly - easy to pack away to take on a cycling holiday. The downside is that the material under the toe is rather thin - hence the recommendation not to walk and real distance in them. It is a pity that they are not reinforced in this area. I have found them to be very effective during cycling on a wet day - they keep my feet bone dry. If however you do energetic cycling over a substantial distance, dampness from perspiration from within may be unavoidable. Altogether I am well pleased with this product.

They do not look like the best fit, but they really work well. You would think with a large void in the sole, you would get really wet feet, but this is not the case, I ride fixed, so cannot stop pedaling when going through large deepish puddles. I have been using this type of Overshoe/Gaiters for about 12 years (this is my third pair), I bought a pair of top brand (approx £65) proper over shoes, about 5years ago, using on the same route to work, and back, on the same bike, at the end of the trip my feet would be soaking wet. The only down side with these, they do fray around the lower edge with use, and look untidy, but they do get well used when needed, and not used as a fashion statement.

very happy with these! they keep my leather shoes bone dry when cycling even in pouring rain. easy to dlip on amd off; i give them a quick rinse if they're dirty, they dry super fast. i recommend!

I used these for the first time yesterday, wearing them over my trainers to ride home in the pouring rain. Hurray! Dry feet. Quite easy to put on as they open completely so you can slide your foot in right to the toe. They are 'snug' on the calf but do up well with big bits of velcro. If I was a contortionist, they would be easier to do up. Unlike other waterproofs that cover your feet, I didn't find them slippery. You can open them out to let them dry, and then fold them flat in the bottom of your bag until you need them. I have a size 4 shoe and the size I ordered (39) is good. Very pleased with these.

Fit over shoes but a little flimsy

So pleased to find these - trying to put normal cycling gaiters around training shoes almost gave me a hernia! Easy to put on, waterproof, helps keep you visible - job done ✔️

Terrible cheap quality overshoes! Bought another 2 brands of overshoes for the same price and were 10x better! Absolutely not waterproof and the velcro was just rubbish!

I got these to keep in my backpack while cycling in case of rain and am very satisfied with the purchase. These have a strap on the bottom that keeps them from working loose while pedaling and velcro straps in the back and over the top of the shoe for adjustment. I wear size 11 mens shoes and had no problem slipping these over my shoes. They have plenty of room to accomodate larger shoe sizes. The reflective material is nice and the material is fairly thick and tough as well. No worries about a "paper thin" rain protection product that will tear easily as far as this item goes. These are made to last. If you're looking for something to carry with you to keep your feet dry in case of a downpour while riding, then grab a pair of these. DISCLAIMER: I wear tennis shoes while riding and do not wear cycling shoes, so I can't speak to how well these work with a pair of cycling shoes. I'm not sure if the strap on the bottom would interfere with cleats or not.

Leicht ,klein knüllbar u.wasserdicht ,nur lange laufen geht nicht da sonst der Riemen zerfetzt, es ist nur fürs Radfahren.

Ces guêtres sont très compactes ( faciles à ranger dans une petite poche du sac à dos) , légères, faciles à enfiler (élastique sur le devant, scratch à l'arrière ) et permettent une bonne protection. Je n'ai pas essayé dans des conditions extrêmes mais j'ai déjà pris deux belles averses avec et la protection est quasi parfaite : sans être parfaitement au sec, la chaussure est très bien protégée. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, bonne qualité de construction (élastique solide, scratch arrière sérieux). Parfait pour un usage urbain , mention spéciale pour la compacité qui permet de les prendre tout les temps sur soi ....

Questi copri scarpe sono indispensabili quando piove, offrono un totale protezione dall'acqua. Sono fatti con ottimi materiali e sono di ottima fattura. L'unico problema è che non sono traspiranti, quindi in inverno proteggono anche un po dal freddo, mentre in estate o primavera i piedi tendono a sudare un po, meglio sudati che zuppi d'acqua. Per quanto riguarda la vestibilità calzano bene e sono facilmente regolabili, non sono molto aereo dinamici. Indispensabili.
