The smell and taste makes it impossible to drink with joy. I do not recommend it.

This tea will relax you and give you a great sleep all night. I have an extremely stressful joy (transit operator) and after drinking this tea, I can now FINALLY sleep all night long! I have stopped taking sleeping pills! Although, it is considerably cheaper at National Nutrition.ca. and it tastes like hay/straw, but it grows on you, you can always add honey as I do.

Che dire non posso piu vivere sensa di quest tisana... Ogni sera preparo una tisana prima di coricarmi e sinto mio corpo piu rilassato e un sonno rivigorante sensa agitassione ... consiglio a tutti....
