Benevolence LA Bergamot & Jasmine Scented Candle | Soy Candles, Black Candle ...

Like a lot of the general population, I've been buying candles for most of my life, but recently I had been disappointed or underwhelmed a few too many times, and finally decided to do my homework on the best candles on the market, and lo and behold... I found Benevolence LA! It was like an answer to a prayer. Their Jasmine and Bergamot Candle is THE MOST incredible scent I may have ever come across in a candle and the scent holds up! So far I've bought 10 of them and gave them as gifts for Christmas gifts, and I even got my mom into them and she did the same, and they were such a hit. You literally canNOT go wrong. The packaging is gorgeous and they support such a noble and honorable purpose, it just makes you feel better knowing your money is going to a worthy cause. Benevolence LA will always have my full support, and me as a client :) LOVE LOVE LOVE! May 3 2021 (2 years after my original post): I’ve had a subscription for these candles for a while now, and still can’t get enough of them, and everyone I gift them to just loves them as well! Doing a subscription is always a great idea bc it really does save you some money in the long run. Another thing I wanted to mention that I didn’t in my above post is that Benevolence LA also makes some of the most BEAUTIFUL jewelry, and for SUCH great prices~ you wouldn’t even believe it! They are one of my favorite companies, hand down. As part of my job description, I have to plan events for my company, and when we have our Presidents Club every year in Maui, there’s about 150 people that come, and I have to put massive gift bags together for our top contractors and their spouses. So, a few years ago, one of the gifts I did for the ladies was Benevolence jewelry and it was the BIGGEST HIT! By the second night there, at an event I was putting on, all the wives were dawning their new bling, and all women OF ALL AGES, ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING!! Needless to say, I cannot say enough amazing things about this company! I’ve been a HUGE fan of everything they do for many years, and I hope you guys get on board as well! ☺️🕯💖🙌🏻✨

It smells amazing

The Benevolence LA Candles has such a great scent that is suiting for around the house or space. They offer different scents which I have tried - Bergamot & Jasmine, Rose & Sandalwood, Lilac & Rose and love them all. The great thing is that every purchase of this candle results in a donation to Zoe International who provides healing and restoration to those victimized by human trafficking. It is great for gifts as well.

I purchased this candle based on the reviews here and was excited to try it myself. Here are my thoughts as a passionate candle lover.. (1st) love the all black look-as my color scheme for my house consist of neutrals, grey, and black…so works well. And I often buy candles according to smell and if they fit the colors I have going on. The packaging is cute. Love the msg on the back of box. (2nd) while the scent can be smelled from where it is, this size candle works best for smaller spaces - and I got the largest one. I will need a candle for every room for it carry throughout my one bedroom apt. I got the one with Bergamot. (3rd) as mentioned previously, the largest size is still small for me. I would have preferred a larger candle size option especially for this price point. This size is either the same as the Bath & Body Works 3 wick candle or slightly smaller. Still not bad but would have preferred more options or a lower price point. (4th)-it does not come with a lid. This is always a deciding factor for me when I buy candles. Idc how much I like a candle if there is no lid, I will leave it. So seeing there was no lid was a turnoff. Just a preference thing. Overall nice product. Would I rebuy? Meh..maybe.

The smell is wonderful but the candle does not burn evenly at all. You have to keep digging the wicks out and they sometimes break. The wicks are the reason for 3 stars. It’s in a beautiful container but I would not buy again due to the wicks and the price is way too high for this candle.

This product delivers exactly what it promises. The quality is solid, it’s easy to use, and it performs reliably. While there’s always a bit of room for improvement, the overall experience is very positive. It offers great value and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something dependable.

FANTASTIC fragrances, unique & long lasting … as I’ve come to expect from Benevolence. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !! The Fresh Persimmon, a new one for me, is currently wafting through my Primary BR & Bath. It’s tempting me to turn in early, snuggle up, relax & enjoy. Only 2, 8oz candles are giving FRESH, fruity with a spicy undertone. They give MORE than ENOUGH to smell less like a B&BW scent (NO SHADE, Love them too) and MORE like a sophisticated, comforting fragrance. AND, I have 3 well trained, CLINGY cats, who insist on claiming 3 corners of my bed. Their boxes are clean. They stay clean; but the significant fruity persimmon, combined with the supporting spice makes my general mini-zoo smell, not only dissipate, but completely disappear. LOVE

I got two Bergamot and Jasmine Lilac and rose with a wood wick Beautiful presentation with classy packaging. As soon as I open the box , the pleasant aroma follows everywhere Still waiting for the "lily of the valley" , coming tomorrow. Can't wait
