Chemical concentrations aren't mentioned.
Though it doesn't irritate my skin, I'd still write that nowhere the concentrations of Alpha Arbutin & Niacinamide are mentioned in the whole pack. So, can't confirm whether the mentioned concentrations of the two, are for real or just a marketing gimmick.
