Esta tobillera me a permitido correr por alta montaña sin molestias y sin miedo volverme a hacer un esguince, la recomiendo para personas con esguinces recurrentes y que no se quieran operar y quieran seguir corriendo sin miedo a lesionarse. A mi me a salvado mientras me opero..El único problema que una vez que se mancha de tierra o barro es complicado hacerla volver al color original, pero me da igual puedo seguir disfrutando de correr exigiendo el máximo a mi tobillo.

I have tried just about every volleyball ankle brace out there and this is the one that checks all the boxes when it comes to comfort, sturdiness and quality of the product. It does take a few wears to get comfortable with, as any extra support does but I don’t have any concerns about re-injury now!

Bioskin was a good one too but this is easier to get onto ankle. Did not like the two aircast ankle supports I tried. Only dislikes are should have a large black but bought medium and its ok. They did not have a black so I got white.

These are fantastic. They are comfortable, don't constrict my foot and really support my ankle and injured tendons. But my advice is to just glance over the pictures in the directions and ignore the mind numbingly complicated directions. They are the easiest things in the world to put on - you simply have to look at them and it's completely obvious how each part needs to be fastened. It just takes seconds to put them on and remove them.
