I have made several rounds of the “good stuff” using this exact product. It’s easy. I’ve never had any contamination. Worth every penny. Making your own is such a hassle.

I used this along with their 5 grain spawn for my first few ever mushroom grows about a year ago and everything went great. No contamination and bountiful harvest.

This is wonderfully moist, rich, sterile substrate. Mixed in a monotub with about 2 pounds of mycelium, using layered method. Was careful about sterility, but with 2 pounds of mycelium, it would be tough to screw up. Bought the spawn grain bag from north spore. I had a huge yield in about 3 weeks. Could barely see the substrate through the thick mushroom growth. Just used limited oxygen, grow lights, steady temp of 75, and constant moisture. Inside moisture should be 95 to 99%. If you do these things, they will come to you.

Decent substrate allows me to do 3 flushes every time I run a new batch of caps. most I got was 4 for double the price from a different company. I'll stick with this average quality substrate. It works good. Does the trick.

In the past I've made my own substrate to transfer my spawn jars to. My results were ok and I was satisfied. This time I chose to purchase a substrate. There is an amazing difference between what I produce myself and using this substrate. The fruiting occurred much faster which helps to reduce bad bacteria growth, there was a large increase in the amount of pins, and the mushrooms are larger, healthier looking, and meatier. The product is priced well, it arrived quickly and packaged well with care instructions, the soil/Substrate is a gorgeous dark color with a great healthy smell, and I am a very satisfied customer. I won't make my own anymore, it is worth purchasing this product for amazing results!

Wow after wasting months of hard work. All freakin green . I tried this and the coco -coir. Both massively wet . Like so much water in both . No I’ve been doing this for over 7 years. Faced a lot of hiccups while growing but for both products to fail ! Freakin months man!! Some know how this can be, truly messed up. I will never use your products ever again.
