The item colour was different in the amazon app the colour shows white but it delivered Blue colour and it's not working properly

It works great as a scalp massager and doesn’t tangle in the hair. It feels really good to use. A full charge takes about 1 to 1.5 hours and lasts up to 4–5 days with daily use of around 15 minutes. It's good value for money and very easy to use. It does make a bit of noise, but it’s manageable. Cleaning is simple since the silicone head is removable.

So this device is basically a trash! And the efficient amazing amazon support team is of no use! Loss of 450+ 🤑 yeahhhhhhhhh ... Next time u guys deliver my order last than the expected time I think I too can denie the payment!? Ps: thanks for wire(the only working thing)
