Times Gate - Cute Gaming Digital Clock with Smart App-Controlled, Support Weather Forecast, Stock Market/Exchange Rate, Social Media, Pixel Art Display for Gamers & Home Office Decor (Pink)

I’m in the process of redesigning my home office and ran across this device via a couple of YouTube videos. I’ll keep this short and straight to the point with my pros and cons below. Pros: - Build quality is excellent - Very cool design - Screens and ambient lights are nice and bright, but also can be adjusted - LOTS of different functionalities built in - Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity - Easy setup and customization - Premium packaging - Excellent value for the money Cons: - App could use a little improvement Just to elaborate on the con a bit more for those curious. The app isn’t bad by any means which is why I still give it 5 stars. It does what it needs to do and is easy to use and figure out. I have run into a couple of small issues that are not a big deal like finding a very specific clock customization that refused to let me change a picture on one of the displays. This was only one of the large number of clock setups that had this issue. I also found myself wishing their pixel art search was a bit better. They have various ways to search user art but their ability to filter the search is basic which can make looking for very specific things more difficult but not impossible. Don't let this deter you though as the Times Gate is still an awesome device!

Amazing multi screen display. I use it mostly for animated GIFs, especially when not in range of Wi-Fi, which is needed to sync time, weather, stocks or RSS data widgets . You can save many sets of configured screens, and in the case of images, each screen can stack multiples pics or animated GIFs. Any device freezing I experienced was due to certain data screens that require Wi-Fi, which is limited to 2.4 GHz. Not using those, I have had no issue running multiple 5-screen sets of animated GIFs with each screen cycling through 8 to 12 or more GIFs. Works 24/7. Displays are super detailed. I even use it in my car via USB (be aware it draws 5-10 W or 1-2 A). Wonderful cyberpunk device!

Overall, I find this to be a good product; however, there are some areas that could definitely be improved, particularly concerning the available applications. Specifically, the current selection of apps feels outdated and incomplete. The sports application, in my opinion, is a major weak point because it notably lacks coverage of the NFL, which is quite disappointing given the general interest in professional football. Beyond the apps, I would also appreciate some enhancements to the overall functionality, such as the addition of wireless connectivity options. While I do enjoy the product and its core features, I feel that the current price point of $100 is a bit high, especially considering the areas where it could be improved.

I love this thing. However, programming it to be what you want it to be is a test of patience. If this had an application similar to Elgato's Stream Deck, it would be 5 star. However, when you're customizing a clock face you are given dozens of "options" which are basically screen elements you can toggle on and off then define. The real struggle is that there is no preview for any of the changes and it will generally only apply one change at a time. So when you customize the font (which is actually the type face, the font size, the spacing, all in one package and can't be fine tuned) you need to save and apply, then let the face refresh, before you can even see the changes made. Then you decide it's too small, or too large, and have to start from square one. This is for every face, and every element, and every setting. That being said, there are some presets on there that are pretty cool, but I feel that takes away from the reason someone would purchase this. The customization is key. I also didn't like that the license sticker was placed on one of the viewed sides rather than the back. I had to spend time removing and washing off residue from the sticker. There is no battery, which isn't very clear and took me some investigation to realize this. It must be powered by a USB-C cable which is on the center/back of the device, which can make it difficult to place in nooks/crannies. The feet don't sit perfectly flush and aren't made as well as I thought they would be. They are plastic/rubbery and I was expecting some weight/metal, based on photos. The lighting effects were difficult to find, but were set easily enough except that the lighting modes don't necessarily reflect the mode being displayed. For example, there is a pendulum mode for the backlights that I wanted to use, but when I select pendulum it does some rainbow random cycling instead; I had to choose a different mode (I can't recall which) that is not the pendulum, in order for the device to use the pendulum mode. I figured it out, but there's no way that was design intent. There are other features that I don't fully understand and aren't explained, such as it has speakers for an alarm or music, but I haven't figured out how to make those work and don't know if they even do. I tried the music application but never heard anything playing. The alarm went off, but it only changed my clock faces and didn't make noise either. All that being said, I have it tuned to what I want (until I feel like changing it) and it looks good on my desk. It has character, and shows me the weather, time, ambient sound level of my work area, temperature and humidity... and looks cool doing it.

Really cool clock! So many functions. I only wish I wouldnt wipe my setting every time it updates. If you are artisically inclined (I am not) there is a whole pixel art world awaiting you. Even if you're not there is so much user content that you can easily find something for you.

This thing is just awesome! Lots of customization for the different individual screens or options to set a themed display, changeable RGB light modes, solid construction and a very cool design, I love it!!!

La app es intuitiva, se vincula rápidamente por WiFi sin problema. Se ve muy bonito y llamativo, sin embargo, aunque presenta cierto error al seleccionar configuraciones guardadas previamente, pues en al menos en dos pantallas se duplican las imágenes. Por otro lado, recuerden que siempre hay que tenerlo conectado, porque si lo apagas, tendrás que vincularlo nuevamente, aunque no desde cero, solo seleccionar las configuraciones ya guardadas. Por todo lo demás, me encantó y fue un gadget que ya quería desde hace tiempo. ¡Muy bonito y práctico! Felicidades Divoom.

This is an amazing gadget. It's like having 4 smart watches at a time to display anything you want . Especially there's a huge community for arts for this . That's what makes it awesome . And it looks so good because of design and it's lighting. Packaging was so solid , pricing in india is always high for all outside products , still for that price it's value for money . Because of build quality, customisations of each screen , mobile app .

This Devoom clock is an amazing product. There are so many options and features you can customize and put on the display, which makes it really fun and useful. The design is great, it works perfectly, and the quality feels solid. I really like it a lot and I’m very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!
