Great for Bulgarian split squats, makes a brutal exercise much more tolerable by letting you concentrate fully on your working leg instead of the awkward placement of your elevated foot. It's easy to put together and seems pretty robust, but it isn't quite wide enough to use as a base for hip thrusts, and the legs aren't deep enough to stop it tipping over. It's a shame that with a couple of slight tweaks it could have been much more functional. Quite expensive for what it is, in my opinion.

Excellent and does exactly what it's meant to do. This little piece of equipment has really helped my form and has made split squats a lot more comfortable. I highly recommend it and am super happy with the size, design, ease of storage and how light, yet stable it is.

Let me start by saying I love everything and anything made by Lifepro. I haven’t bought anything yet that I’ve been disappointed with and I own many products from Lifepro. That in itself is worth the money. Just make sure you scan the QR code you get in the box or go on the website and register. I purchased the Lifepro Intensiflex Max. It came with everything you need to put together including wrench set ( I would suggest to use your own wrench set if you have one) it was much faster than the cheap one they give you. It was very easy to assemble and didn’t take long. Mine came looking brand new unlike some of the other reviews saying it was dirty and had a oil film. Only thing I can complain about it was missing a plastic cap but since they have a fantastic customer service team they are sending me out a new one. I love how light but very sturdy this machine is. I like to move around my house when doing my workouts. Being able to move this outside on my back porch is so nice. It’s very versatile on what you can do with it. Not just for squats. I’m also using it for stretching and being able to adjust the bar is great. I’ve been using this now for a week. I can already tell my muscles are getting stronger with the ease of use. I hate doing anything squats but this has help tremendously with my workout and this makes it so easy to do with having a bad back. I’ve been able to get a whole body workout in a short time. Not straining on any body parts and I find i don’t have to do as many reps to get the outcome I’m looking for. This wonderful new gem is my go to first thing in the morning along side my Rumblex pro. Lifepro has many great workout videos that you can watch to get the most out of your workout. They also have the best FB page to get answers to questions, new ideas and motivation. I’m very happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend the Intensiflex Max. You can’t go wrong with any Lifepro product. Happy customer as always!

El ensamble fue super sencillo, no ocupé más que las llaves con las que viene, está muy bien el diseño además se siente muy cómodo el ejercicio con algo tan sencillo, lo recomiendo y lo volvería a comprar, por los materiales no creo que vaya a ser necesario.

Great little piece of equipment. This is light so I was worried it isn't sturdy enough but it is. I like how light it is so we can move it around the gym easily. Easy to put together as well!
