the only draw back it is very fine grate, so very good for parmesan ect where you need a fine grated cheese not so good for cheddar where you need a more course grate

A zester is a zester, right? That's what I thought but I was wrong. I had never heard of this brand before using the zester in a patisserie course. I was amazed at how easy it was to use and the amount of zest produced compared to my one at home. I immediately ordered one for myself - well, once I could make up my mind which colour to get! Amusingly, several other attendees on the course were also just as impressed and were going to buy this for themselves too. I'm so pleased with this zester. It is really good quality and now, making lemon tarts is an absolute breeze!

I use this almost daily. So easy to use and grates my block cheese easily on top of my salad. Best hand grater, I have ever owned. It is very well made, sharp and not hard to clean. After it dries, I just snap the plastic cover back on, to protect it, till the next use.
