You do not know how many stores I checked into looking for these lasagna noodles. I always purchase the spaghetti noodles at my local stores, but could not find the lasagna. I dont make lasagna often, but when i do, I want it to be special. I love the taste. White noodles for anything I cannot tolerate. These taste so good. I told my sister, do not make pasta of any kind until you try these, she did. She was convinced as well. I've been using this brand for years. Im never disappointed. I wish the price was a bit lower. I know they are good. I know they are unique. I just wish everything good was not so much higher. But if its what I have to pay for quality, I am going to get them. I hunted these down. I found them. I will continue to purchase when needed.

This is the best lasagna noodles for those who are gluten intolerant or have celiac. The people who have my lasagna can not even tell it is gluten free. It is not pastey. It is sturdy as it needs to be. The cook time is as normal noodles. This is now the only gluten-free noodles I use.

Daughter is now going gluten free diet to help with her stomach issues. Been looking for a good substitute Lasagna sheets to make her own gluten free Lasagna. All the ones I can find is the no boil and I can stand that kind. Found these while looking and she said it turned out great. Not much change from regular Lasagna and gluten free.

The flavor was good and the texture would have been good had I not followed the high-altitude cooking directions (I misread the box, Lol). Due to that, the noodles kind of fell apart, but I was still able to piece them together enough to layer them fora delicious, gluten-free lasagna.

First time making gluten free lasagne. The texture and taste were comparable to regular lasagne noodles. Directions for cooking were very clear. We already use the spaghetti noodles of this brand and they are excellent as well. They freeze well too, which is very unusual for gluten free noodles.
