Personally didn't like the seperate detachable compartment for laptops. There was also a difference in the total weight of the bag. It was heavier than stated. I was looking for a lighter one. Hence returned it. Can't vouch for the quality or use of the bag as I didn't use it

I bought this bag thinking it was an original American Tourister product, but I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. It feels more like a local non-branded item. Within a short time, the color has faded, the material looks worn out, and even the printed brand name “American Tourister” is fading away. Some parts of the fabric have developed bulges or bubbles, similar to what you’d see in cheap, low-quality bags. I’m seriously questioning whether I paid for a branded item but ended up with a knock-off. Also, the bag itself is quite heavy even when empty. Just carrying a single laptop makes it feel too bulky and uncomfortable. I’ve used an original American Tourister bag before, purchased from Dubai, and it lasted me almost 5 years without any issues. This one, however, has been a very bad experience. I do not recommend this product. I will attach pictures for your reference.
