Impressed by the quality, light weight but sturdy. Hope it will be a little bit higher. It’s easy to open and fold. I could also use it as a chair sometimes, very durable. Good product with the price.

My friend is short. I bought this for her to keep in the kitchen. I think it weighs about 8 pounds. Construction seems adequate- with it were lighter. I'd prefer a sturdy one made of aluminum. From her: So we put it through its paces and came to the conclusion that it was a lightweight but strong step stool well suited for use in the kitchen or other places where one would need a bit of height. It has solid footing due to the wider foot pads. It definitely has a slip resistant rubber padding on the steps for an added safety feature. Lighter than our old one which was made for heavier work. This step stool is quite suited for even the elderly to use safely. It has a locking mechanism to keep the steps securely in place while standing on it. I am quite satisfied with its quality, workmanship and ease of use as well as storage. It fits nicely in a narrow space such as in my laundry room. Love to see this in bright and fun colors like yellow or orange

This is a good sturdy step ladder and does not slide on wood floors. The only problem I have with it is, I’m 78 & have had knee surgery & the steps are too high for me. It’s too hard for me to step up & then to get back down. My husband likes it though, he is 6’ & 4” tall.

This step stool is not safe to use. First, it's very hard to put together because of the tools that come with it. For the screws you have to attach, I don't know why they didn't make screws that can be screwed in using a regular screw driver. The little tool they give you just doesn't do the job, and there are no slots for a regular screw driver to be used. So the screws that hold the top bar on are not secure. But even if it were secure, I would have to bend over to hold on to the top handle bar, which I need for balance, but bending over throws my balance off and hurts my back. So that defeats the purpose of having that handle bar that you should be able to hold onto. It's ok to use as a step stool if you don't need anything to hold onto for balance.

Works great but too small to use for seat or else my butt is too big. Very handy and sturdy. Easy to store and use

I do like this step stool and I think it is of good quality. It is sturdy and doesn’t slide around when on it due to the leg grips. The nonslip grip on each step is great too. The only complaint I have (which could be a little user error) is I find it a little more difficult to fold and unfold than I think it should be. Other than that, it’s great.

Not tall enough to get to high shelves. Other than that it is strong and sturdy. I can't reach (I'm not short) the bulbs in my ceiling in my kitchen....

After receiving this item, opened the box and proceeded to assemble it. At nearly 78 years of age, I wasn’t sure I could assemble it without assistance. Opening the box, reading the VERY CLEAR (including picture diagrams) instructions, using the tools (which were included) and assembling the item took approximately 18 minutes. It seems very sturdy and you can feel safe that you won’t slip because of the treads on the steps. It weighs a tiny bit more than expected, but that isn’t a problem. It folds up nice and compactly and is now residing beside the fridge. If you need help reaching items higher up in cabinets or closets, you need this wonderful height extender. Another safety measure is the locking mechanism that keeps the step stool securely in the open position. To close, you simply pull up on the small lock handle and it closes very easily. Highly recommend this item!

Easy to put together, easy to use, and is really helpful for this 5ft 5 mama to reach the top of the fridge XD Storage is easy as it folds up nicely when youre not using it. Sturdy, strong, and overall no complaints!

It was exactly as described and works great for its intended use. i would easily recommend this as I am 220lbs and it holds my weight on the top step easily without much wobbling at all. delivery was fast and perfect as always through Amazon.

Solid Well built strong ladder... gives way above average step stool height, and built strong - confident it'll hold 200-300lbs. User has to screw in the top handle, but simple and great price ! Bought 2 - have been using for over 1 month now....
