Sometimes a little hard but taste great

I wanted to make a ginger pie crust. This 1 box is the perfect amount of cookies to make 3 cups of crushed cookies for one 9” pie or springform pan. I used a Cuisinart to crush the cookies but you wouldn’t have to.

In my opinion...These ginger snaps (Nabisco brand) are the best ginger snaps out there. The flavor is just perfect with the blend of spices. I could eat the whole box I like them that well. Highly recommended.
