Perfect for changing my white chocolate to pink.

It is pink, but it is more of an orangey coral like pink. In these photos, I put some in my daughter’s white vanilla pudding. I wanted it to get really bright and have a little more pigment so I put a ton of dye in there, but it doesn’t get much brighter. My daughter loved it, I just wish I knew it was more of a light, blandish pink. Took photos with and without flash. I also put a bottle next to the pudding that is more the color of what I was expecting vs. what I got. It looks a little darker in pictures than in real life.

The colors were perfect for my buttercream. However, the labels were on the wrong bottles. I wanted my larger batch of frosting to be the lighter "Baker's Rose" color, but when I put the gel from that bottle in my frosting it came out "Neon Brite Pink". Sure enough, I put "Neon Brite Pink" in my smaller batch and it turned out a dusty "Baker's Rose". This interefered with my plans for my daughter's first birthday smash cake. Thankfully, my 1-year-old doesn't know the difference. I was going to update my collection of food gel colors to this brand, but now I'm sorry to day that I don't trust the colors to be labeled correctly.
