Highly recommend. I have had issues with wax build up my entire life. I have never used anything that worked this well and fast. This was quicker and easier than having it done at the doctor's office. I'm used to products taking several rounds of treatment to soften and remove the wax. This product really did work after one treatment. It is worth the price

I had a recent physical exam for employment purposes, and the Dr noted that there is a lot of ear wax in one of my ears. He mentioned it wasn't a big deal, but to make sure I schedule an ENT appointment if I start having hearing issues. Sure enough, a few weeks later I started feeling a blockage in my ear and I was hearing muffled. I did some reading and bought these drops hoping it would fix my issue without having to take a day off from work. First time I tried them, a lot of ear wax came off. But I was still hearing muffled. Second day, some more earwax came off, but still hearing muffled. Third day, same thing. I then stopped using them and made an appointment with the ENT. A few days later though, I tried the drops one more time and left them on for about 45 minutes, and voila! I was able to hear again. I had almost given up on the drops, but it turns out that it requires multiple days of drops for them to work. I'll be applying them about once a month just to keep from accumulating ear wax.

"Works in 1 Treatment" sounds too good to be true, but it is true. I won't go back to any applications I used before.

I will update this if I get a better idea of what is going on. First, I'm obsessed with clean ears, and often use debrox or peroxide. I do also use Q tips. Based on reviews, I let this solution sit in my ear for 45 minutes before draining and rinsing. One thing I noticed is that this seems extremely gentle, almost like putting water in the ear canal. I tilted my head and let the solution drain into a paper towel, and also used the bulb to rinse my ear. I did not see anything come out of my ear. That said, getting enough pressure and water from the bulb for sufficient rinsing was difficult for me. I was initially disappointed with the results. I could not tell if I could hear better or if I felt like I could because my ear had been full of liquid for nearly an hour. I decided to go back to trusty peroxide since I was already in the process of cleaning my ears. When I put the peroxide in my ear, it did not bubble at all...so my best guess is that the Earwax MD worked, because that has never happened. This actually made me far more confident in the product. On that note, even if it does clean really well, it is a bit unclear if you've used enough time or if it is even working, and I wish there was a way to measure that with this product (similar to how peroxide bubbles slow down when ears get cleaner. I did have a pretty uncomfortable itch in my left ear when I initially put the product in that seemed to lessen as time went on, but then again, it could have been a simple itch. I will be doing my right ear later today or tomorrow and will update this as appropriate. That ear tends to have more issues with feeling full and making cracking noises, and it seems the ear canal is longer as well. Either way, even though this is still a mystery to me, the evidence in front of me seems to suggest that this probably works, and it is likely superior to peroxide and debrox. It definitely did not cause dryness or sensitivity, which is a definite bonus.

Did not work. Left liquid in ear for 30 mins. No wax came out with irrigation. Repeated by leaving liquid in for 60 mins. No wax came out with irrigation. Went to a Dr. Lots of wax removed.
