Our family absolutely LOVES this protein powder and the taste. It's pretty clean in terms of ingredients. Affordable for the amount you get and a great source of protein. super easy to dissolve in smoothies, regular milk and almond milk.

The Good The flavor is the best I’ve encountered in this category, and it isn’t overly sweet like many similar products. It also mixes well and has a thicker consistency than most. The Bad One scoop contains 25% of the recommended daily cholesterol intake, which was higher than I expected. The Concerning After reading recent independent reporting about quality variability in protein powders and spending time researching ingredient sourcing more broadly, I reached out to the company twice over a two-week period with questions. I did not receive a response. While others may be comfortable with this, the lack of transparency made me uneasy, and I ultimately decided not to continue using the product. Love this stuff. It's clean protein and mixes well. The chocolate mocha is a nice change from the regular chocolate with slightly more flavor, but not overpowering on the mocha.
