365 Everyday Value, Organic Cocoa Powder, 8 oz

My latest kick is making my own chocolate fudge sauce. I use this cocoa powder, organic sugar and local wildflower honey. Add organic butter and a scoop of organic plain yogurt, along w/ a dash of kosher salt and maybe 1/4 teaspoon (or a bit less) of organic vanilla. W-O-W. The sauce is delicious, in large part, because this cocoa powder is quality stuff. Maybe not quite in a league with Ghirardelli, but certainly far better than Trader Joe's stuff, which has some awful metallic taste to it. Definitely a touch better than Hershey's cocoa powder, but maybe not quite as dark chocolate. It's organic. I like organic.

I wasn’t sure how this would taste as it was pretty inexpensive (compared to Ghirardelli ,etc), When I opened the package, it smelled lovely and was a wonderful dark brown (compared with Hershey or other brands from grocery stores) color. I made a batch of brownie cookies and they came out awesome. Cocoa has a wonderful depth of flavor and made my bald goods come out great. I will definitely purchase this cocoa again! Fantastic value for the money, especially for organic!

A cup of hot water. A spoon full of this powder. An ounce of milk or cream. A spoonful of sugar or stevia to sweeten. Why would you ever buy those fake tasting mixes again? It’s too easy. It’s so good.

This is a good deal but seems to be different than other organic cocoa powders I have purchased. It doesn't dissolve as easily and I am struggling to find that happy medium to make it work in my baking. It is almost as though it got moisture that causes it to clump more than normal.

This product is really a perfect supplement to a shake or meal - I don't know about cooking, I did not cook with it!

I can tell a difference between this and some other brands. It's not the cheapest, but it is delicious. It makes a difference in baking and raw dishes.

This is a go to for so many recipes because it has no sugar, which is easy to add if necessary. Love having this within reach, esp in my coffee!
