Product is good but straw is broken

Very bad quality. Within a month bit the straw cover as well as the water sipping hole cover broke off. Plus that plastic straw is total useless to be given in an insulated bottle cabt they provide a steel straw in this price point. No value for money at all

This was my second purchase for the tumbler and these are really the best out of all the tumblers in the market it has 18 hours hot window which is much needed in winters others can’t even work for even 2 hours like quirk ones and other tumblers. Also why I purchased the second is that the first one’s lid was broken then I ordered the lid then again broken! But they stopped making these lids bcz obviously they broke down easily! So they created new packaging which has durable lid ! So all and all I am happy with this brand 😍😍

If you use the straw, water spills while carrying it around If you don’t use the straw, water still falls while drinking directly. It’s fairly heavy when filled Easy to clean This would’ve been better if the straw could bend to avoid spillage in transit
