After much research I decided to give these a try - defintiely notice a difference after a couple of days of taking these. Not a huge fan of the aftertaste but worth it for the results!

Honestly when taking this, I noticed a big difference. When I woke up, my face and under eyes weren't puffy anymore, I felt more rested, less congested, I think this product does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Per the title of this review, my trainer recommended this supplement to help with leg cramps. Well, I can say I haven't experienced leg cramps since using it BUT the taste isn't good. If you buy don't use the recommended dosage..... its a strong taste even in juice! He told me to only use a few drops.....even that small amount is strong. However, it's a great value for the money, especially compared to other electrolyte products I've tried.

I purchased this product because i have lymphatic damage in my hands, which causes me to have swollen puffy hands constantly. I have lived with this for over 2 years. I just assumed i would always have puffy hands. I just stumbled across lymphatic drainage products the other day and after reading reviews and not wanting to spend a bunch of money on something i wasnt sure would work, i decided on this product because it was cheap and had decent reviews. Let me tell you, i just got this product today and have only taken 1 dose. I started seeing results w in a few hrs. I can see and feel a difference in my hands, the swelling has decreased significantly, after 1 dose! I can literally feel it working. I am super pleased w this product. I am hoping that the swelling goes down more, because its embarrassing, especially when people point it out to me that my hands are swollen like i dont already know that lol. But yes, i would definitely recommend! You cant beat the value/results of this product! Im sure that the others work too, but seeing as this is only 10$ and i saw almost immediate results? Ill stick with this product.

My face and neck erupted with a terrible inflamed, red, fluid filled, itchy rash. So naturally, I looked deeper into everything I ingested and or came in contact with. If you read all the reviews on this supplement blend, you'll see one that warns you of each ingredient and it's potential to do you harm.... listen to it!! I wish I would have! After reading that review that heeds a very clear warning through my inflamed face and burning eyes, I looked up the specific ingredient Stillingia Root and found this (copy/pasted below): "Stillingia is a root extract. It is known to contain chemicals called diterpene esters, toxic irritants that can cause swelling and inflammation of the skin. One laboratory experiment suggested that diterpene esters can halt the growth of cancer cells, but stillingia has not been studied." This product should not even be on the market, shame on it's manufacturer and on Amazon for giving a false presence of it being safe. DO NOT CONSUME THIS!!!

I had a lower lift, a neck lift and neck Lipo 3 weeks ago, if I could do it over I would have bought 2 things right away, Arnica, which I started using a few days after the procedure and it made my bruising disappear over night and also helped with swelling to a point, the swelling would keep coming back. The 2nd would be this amazing product. The surgery was a well done budget procedure ($4,950) performed in office in Fenton MI with just local lidocaine injections, no Anesthesia and no drainage sacks so I had a lot of Seromas. 3 weeks after surgery as of yesterday I was still very swollen in front, behind and below the ears, this product arrived yesterday morning, I took it twice and also opened some of the capsules and mixed them with vitamin E oil, ginger, then mixed with DMSO and applied it topically, rinsed my face and went to bed. Woke up in the morning less swollen and finally looking better than I have in years. It also seemed to help with the neck lipo. TIP: use a neck/shoulder massager on the neck lipo area to smooth out the residual fat lumps and to prevent scarring (do not use massager for facelift swelling, you do not want to mess with external/internal sutures).

I only use this for detoxification, however I got way more results. I was doing intermittent fasting and wanted to detox at the same time. This gave me strength, no more fatigue, I had fatigue for years. feeling fresh, I can’t explain exactly but I kinda feel so renewed. Highly recommend it.

30-60min after taking this supplement, my nausea and vomiting are intense. Too bad can’t return this product. Only took 2 tabs and impossible to continue because of its side effects.
